Peaky Blinders Season 6 is coming soon, and fans want to know what to expect out of the show’s final season. Viewers likely remember how Thomas Shelby was betrayed at the end of Peaky Blinders Season 5. Now, reports suggest Tommy gets sick in public in a new scene for the upcoming season.

Who snitched on Thomas Shelby? He’s in a bad mental place at the end of ‘Peaky Blinders’ Season 5

Thomas Shelby planned to assassinate Oswald Mosley, and the plan involved the rest of the Shelby family and others close to the Shelbys to property execute it. Unfortunately for Tommy, his plan went awry. Two people on his side died before they could execute the plan, with one of them being Aunt Polly Gray’s lover, Aberama Gold. And at the end of the season, it’s clear someone on the inside betrayed Tommy, foiling his plan.

So, who betrayed Thomas Shelby? Fans don’t know exactly who snitched just yet, but we’re sure we’ll learn in Peaky Blinders Season 6. Many suspect Michael Gray, Polly Gray’s son, and Michael’s wife, Gina, betrayed Tommy. Michael and Gina hoped to head to America and expand Shelby Company Limited there, but Tommy shut down their idea, causing strife.

“He could be the one who betrayed Tommy, but there are a number of other candidates,” Michael Gray actor Finn Cole told NME. “I think going up against Tommy would probably be a mistake. I hope [Michael] doesn’t betray the family too much because people really didn’t like it last time.”

Thomas Shelby was seen vomiting and stumbling during a scene in the new season

Fans want to know what Peaky Blinders Season 6 has in store. So far, we know it’s the last season of the series, but it seems the Shelby family will live on via a movie in the future. It’s unclear what will happen to Thomas Shelby. At the end of season 5, he puts a gun to his head after listening to the ghost of Grace, his dead wife of the past. But it seems he doesn’t die just yet.

According to the Daily Mail, season 6 has a scene involving Tommy vomiting outside of Bolton Magistrates’ Court. The publication notes actor Cillian Murphy was seen staggering up the steps of the court as Tommy, and he also appeared to cough and wipe his mouth with his sleeve as he hunched over.

Additionally, Murphy was seen with Natasha O’Keeffe, the actor who plays his wife, Lizzie Shelby. Lizzie wore a mauve coat that came complete with a fur collar over a black dress, and Tommy wore his typical cap and coat. It seems there were extras filming the scene as well. They carried briefcases and wore dark coats.

Fans have some guesses as to what’s going on.

“My best bet is somehow he is being sued for his company,” a Reddit user noted. “It would make sense. Everyone’s always trying to dethrone him illegally with violence and gang wars. But now someone does it publicly in the eyes of a court [because] he is a politician now.”
