What is Priyanka Chopra’s morning routine?
Like many people, Priyanka Chopra’s first move in the morning is to check her phone. She admitted in a recent interview that she usually wakes up a little bit before six when filming, and then likes to scroll through her messages and check emails.
After a few minutes of catching up with her messages, Chopra has her shower and then drinks an espresso before hopping in the car to head to work – in this case, a film set. Chopra stated that she uses the commute to set to get “in the zone” of her character.
When Chopra arrives on the film set, she heads straight to hair and makeup, where she gets transformed into the character that she’s portraying. Chopra said that after she finishes in hair and makeup, she uses the walk to the set to really get into the mental space of the character and does not like to talk or be disturbed at that time.
Once she arrives on set, it’s time for rehearsals, and Chopra dives right in — with her coffee in hand. Chopra joked that coffee does not leave her side for easily the first four hours after she wakes up.
After rehearsals, Chopra gets to work with the business of filming — and usually stays on set late into the day.
What is Priyanka Chopra’s diet?
Although Priyanka Chopra is considered to be one of the most beautiful actresses in the world, she doesn’t follow the same dietary rules that many Hollywood actresses do.
For one thing, Chopra doesn’t stick to a strict diet. In a 2017 interview, Chopra said that she likes to “wing it” when it comes to her food and eats based on how she’s feeling that day.
She stated that if she’s feeling a little out of shape, she tends to stick to lighter options like salads and soup, but otherwise, she loves staples like burgers and pizza.
Chopra also likes ordinary snack foods like Pringles and Doritos and one of her favorite food combinations is ice cream and margaritas — preferably on the beach.
She definitely has a strong sweet tooth and enjoys chocolate and cake.
Does Priyanka Chopra have a set exercise routine?
When it comes to her exercise routine, Priyanka Chopra is a little more disciplined and likes to do all of her own stunts when working on a film.
Still, she has admitted that she isn’t a “gym freak” and has no interest in shrinking “one or two sizes.”
Chopra prefers yoga, spin classes, and cardio in order to stay healthy and balanced and even stated that they help her to “refresh and relax.”
Chopra has also talked about how fortunate she is to have a great metabolism and that she plans on taking advantage of it, doing what she can to maintain her figure without sacrificing her love of food.
Whatever she’s doing, it’s working — Chopra and her husband, Nick Jonas, seem happier than ever.
