Quarantine Has ‘Increased the Chances’ of Baby No. 4 for Prince William and Kate Middleton, Royal Insider Claims

Prince William and Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge‘s family life often attracts attention from fans all over the world. The couple has three young children, but there are always questions about them having another baby.

Like many people, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are self-isolating right now due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. One royal commentator even claims this could be an ideal situation for a pregnancy announcement down the road.

William and Kate’s primary residence is Kensington Palace in London. However, the couple and their kids have retreated to their country estate, Anmer Hall, amid the pandemic.

William has been keeping in touch with his father, Prince Charles, who tested positive for COVID-19 in March. Meanwhile, Kate is spending time cooking and tending the garden at Anmer Hall. According to Hello, she is likely to be exercising and enjoying the sports facility there as well.

Their oldest children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, are also being occupied with schoolwork. Like other kids their age, George and Charlotte are keeping up with their learning on the internet.

According to New Idea, a royal insider claims that William and Kate could be contributing to the alleged pandemic “baby boom” and have a fourth child.

“I’ve thought for some time Kate wants a fourth child and I think this lockdown has increased the chances of that happening,” the insider said. “I’ve always thought the lockdown will result in a baby boom so it wouldn’t surprise me if the Cambridges join the club.”

The article also noted that Kate “looked very maternal” in a recent video.

However, the tabloid-debunking site Gossip Cop is warning fans to think twice before believing the New Idea report, especially because it does not offer substantial evidence for the Duchess of Cambridge being pregnant.

“Is it possible that the duchess is pregnant? Sure, anything is possible, but the palace has made no such pronouncements and the tabloid has nothing more than Middleton ‘looking maternal,’ whatever that means, as evidence,” Gossip Cop wrote.

Kate is not the only royal lady fans are watching for possible baby announcements.

For example, people have been speculating on Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, being pregnant as well. She welcomed her first child, Archie, in May 2019, and several royal watchers believe 2020 could be the year that we hear about a second baby for her and Prince Harry.

Princess Eugenie, who married Jack Brooksbank in October 2018, has also been the subject of countless pregnancy rumors. Eugenie usually keeps a low profile, so neither she nor her husband has commented on anything related to this subject.
