According to Celebrity Net Worth, Smith is a singer/songwriter from England. At only 28 years old, they’ve already made a name for themselves in the music scene. They’re best known for hit songs such as “Latch,” “Lay Me Down,” and “How Do You Sleep?” Their debut album, In The Lonely Hour, came out in 2014 and it soon went platinum.

At the 2015 Grammy Awards, Smith performed their song “Stay With Me,” and took home four awards, including Song of the Year and Album of the Year. Also in 2015, they recorded the theme song for the James Bond movie Spectre. That song, “Writing’s on the Wall,” earned them both a Golden Globe and an Oscar for Best Original Song.

They’ve continued to write and record music, recently releasing a new album, Love Goes.

With all of that acclaim and success, you’d expect Smith to have earned a pretty penny. And indeed, they are estimated to have a net worth of approximately $45 million.

Celebrities are known for their elaborate skincare plans, such as Kim Kardashian’s $4,200, 17-step regimen. But despite the fact that they could afford all the expensive products they want, Smith takes a different approach to beauty. Their goal is to do what they can to feel fresh and beautiful, and they only need a few steps to get there.

In a recent video for Vogue, Smith walked viewers through what they do to get ready for the day. They start out by cleaning their face, something they learned to prioritize as an adult. As a teen, they would wear heavy makeup, but not worry about taking it off. But when they moved into adulthood, they started to realize how much better their skin felt when they carefully cleaned it.

First, they wash their skin with SkinCeuticals Simply Clean Gel Cleanser. After massaging it in, they rinse clean and move onto the next step. With the tips of their fingers, they gently work SkinCeuticals Phloretin CF, an antioxidant serum with vitamin C.

After giving that a minute to absorb, they follow up with their favorite product, also from SkinCeuticals, Hydrating Rx, a hyaluronic acid moisturizing gel. Finally, they lightly work an eye cream from Orveda onto their cheekbone and eyelids.

Feel-good beauty tips

Smith likes to wear a tinted SPF moisturizer for everyday life, as well as a clear brow gel and lash primer. If they’re going out they’ll add their favorite mascara, Too Faced Better Than Sex, and swipe on some Haus lipgloss. But the heart of their beauty routine is taking care of themselves in a way that makes them feel beautiful.

They start their day by splashing cold water on their face, for an invigorating first step. They have to listen to music as they take care of their skin, explaining that singing along or dancing a little between steps gives the products time to absorb. They also point out that touching your face feels nice and nurturing, so you can focus on it as self-care.

They’re open about things that many celebrities would keep secret, such as the fact that they got a hair transplant when their hair started thinning. They also talk about the fact that their weight fluctuates, and when they put on some weight they shape their beard to flatter their face.

Ultimately, Smith points out that the only way to look your best is to take care of yourself, mind, body, and heart. Drink plenty of water, give yourself good food and enough rest, and enjoy the glow that comes with allover health. Even if you aren’t a celebrity, that’s excellent beauty advice that everyone can use.
