Sean “P. Diddy” Combs has a lot of power and status, and Casandra “Cassie” Ventura was allegedly raped and physically hurt by Combs through the course of their decade-long relationship. The couple’s former makeup artist, Mylah Morales, spoke to Extra TV about her personal experience with Combs and what she witnessed.

“We were always scared of Puff,” Morales said. “He’s a powerful person. We don’t know what would happen to us if we spoke out.”

As for the physical abuse that Ventura endured, Morales said she didn’t know that was happening. “But, I witnessed it,” she added. Morales remembered an incident that occurred at The Beverly Hills Hotel during the weekend of the Grammy Awards.

“All I witnessed was him walking into the room and saying, ‘Where the f*** is she?'” Morales said. “I didn’t know what was going on because I just woke up from a slumber. And, next thing you know, all I hear from the bedroom was … just … I don’t want to go back and think about. … I did not know what was going on. All I could think of was to get her out of there.”

Morales said that when she saw Ventura, Ventura was “badly bruised” with “knots on her head” and a “black eye.” The makeup artist brought Ventura back to her home where she could stay for a few days. Morales called a doctor friend to treat Ventura; she felt unsafe going to a hospital.

Sean “P. Diddy” Combs’ former head of security, Roger Bonds, spoke on Piers Morgan Uncensored about his nine-year tenure with Combs. Bonds said he witnessed Combs get violent with Casandra “Cassie” Ventura and Combs’ late ex, Kim Porter.

“Around four or five times,” Bonds answered when asked how many times he saw violence. ” … I seen him with Cassie, and I seen him with Kim Porter, his kid’s mother.”

“I’ve seen him get very physical, grab ’em up,” Bonds continued. “It was one time that Cassie mentioned inside her lawsuit where she said she had to go over to the London hotel. I was the one who was checking on her every day at the London hotel, you know what I’m saying? So, I know that to be true.”

Casandra ‘Cassie’ Ventura released a statement following the hotel footage

After footage was released that showed Sean “P. Diddy” Combs attacking Casandra “Cassie” Ventura in a hotel hallway, Combs posted an apology to Instagram. Makeup artist Mylah Morales called it a “PR stunt.”

Ventura also posted after the footage went public.

“Thank you for all of the love and support from my family, friends, strangers, and those I have yet to meet,” she wrote on Instagram. “The outpouring of love has created a place for my younger self to settle and feel safe now, but this is only the beginning. Domestic Violence is THE issue. It broke me down to someone I never thought I would become. With a lot of hard work, I am better today, but I will always be recovering from my past.”
