Selling Sunset follows the Oppenheim Group, a real estate brokerage firm known for selling luxury, multi-million dollar homes to Hollywood’s elite. But the show doesn’t just focus on the homes for sale. The realtors in the group have friendships, relationships, and enemies at their job — and we can’t wait to see what’s in store for Selling Sunset Season 4. Here’s what time the new Selling Sunset premieres and how to watch.

The ‘Selling Sunset’ Season 4 trailer previews new agents and more drama

Viewers who watched the Selling Sunset Season 4 trailer saw a sneak peek of what fans can expect from the new season. The Selling Sunset cast will still consist of Mary Fitzgerald, Christine Quinn, Chrishell Stause, Heather Rae Young, Davina Potratz, Maya Vander, and Amanza Smith, of course. And we’ll see plenty of Brett and Jason Oppenheim, the original founders of the Oppenheim Group. But there are two new agents joining the brokerage — Vanessa Villela and Emma Hernan.

The trailer begins with Vanessa entering the brokerage. “I’m so excited and blessed to be surrounded by successful realtors,” she tells the camera. She then notes she’s worked with women who are “competitive and mean” in the past, so she can certainly deal with it now.

As for Emma, she’s introduced as someone who will help cover a few of Christine’s listings — and this will absolutely end in drama. It seems Emma had a relationship with Christine’s ex, and she might take over for Christine way more than Christine’s comfortable with.

So, when does Selling Sunset Season 4 come out? The trailer indicates the show airs on Netflix on Nov. 24, 2021.

As for the time, PopBuzz reports fans on the West Coast of the U.S. can catch Selling Sunset Season 4 at 12 a.m. PDT on Nov. 24, 2021. But fans on the East Coast will have to wait longer. The show airs for East Coasters at 3 a.m. EST on Nov. 24.

Fans in Canada can catch the season airing at 3 a.m. in Toronto or 12 a.m. in Vancouver. Viewers in the United Kingdom (GMT) time zone will have season 4 available to stream at 8 a.m.

Netflix released all episodes at the same time for the past three seasons of the show. This is good news for fans who hope to binge the whole season in one go — there shouldn’t be any waiting from episode to episode. In total, we expect season 4 to have eight episodes like the three seasons of the past.

Additionally, Netflix does not currently offer free trials. The basic plan stands as the cheapest option at $8.99 per month. The next plan goes for $13.99 per month and features enhanced video quality. The final plan, the premium plan, promises the best video quality and goes for $17.99 per month.
