Heather Rae El Moussa is being ‘extra cautious’ around Chelsea Lazkani

Chelsea Lazkani has made her allegiance clear — while she’s friendly with Christine Quinn, she wants everyone at The O Group to give her a fair shot. During one of Mary’s open houses in “It’s Getting Personal,” Chelsea pulls Heather aside to ask for the courtesy of getting to know her before making a judgment.

But it’s too late because Heather is already being “extra cautious” about getting close to Chelsea. “I’m not going to open up to her right away because I’ve been burnt,” Heather tells cameras. Chelsea’s friendship with Christine makes many of the others uneasy, too.

Davina Potratz confronts Christine Quinn in ‘It’s Getting Personal’

Previously, Christine mentioned how desperately Davina Potratz wants to be liked by the women of The Oppenheim Group. Hurt by the comments, Davina has a sit-down of her own.

She tells Christine about the measures she’s taking to open up to the other women, hoping it adjusts their “skewed limited view of her.” Christine tells cameras she doesn’t think the others want to be friends with Davina, regardless of how much she wants to be part of the group. She compares Davina’s need to be liked to the relationship fans have with their favorite sports team with a quote that’s sure to become a meme: “A. Rod doesn’t know you and even if he did he wouldn’t care about you.”

Jason Oppenheim’s mom wants to know when he and Chrishell will have kids

Jason and Chrishell have lunch with the Oppenheim matriarch, Deborah, in “It’s Getting Personal.” Her no-nonsense approach to conversation allows her to dive right in to the couple getting married and having kids.

As Chrishell says, meeting Jason’s mother as his girlfriend is “more pressure” than meeting her as an agent because he doesn’t introduce his mother to people. “You’re the first girlfriend I’ve met that has been serious,” Deborah tells Chrishell. “I wouldn’t be surprised if you got married.”

Then: “Where are you guys on babies? If that’s intrusive from me, don’t answer it.”

At the time, Chrishell and Jason had talked about having kids but weren’t totally sure yet. Despite Jason’s consideration and the name they came up with for their fictitious child — Maverick — Jason and Chrishell split in December 2021.

The Oppenheim Group reaches capacity in ‘It’s Getting Personal’

Chelsea and her husband had dinner with Mary Fitzgerald and Jason in “Step Up or Step Out.” Their dinner resulted in a deal; if Chelsea could land a sale on the Franklin listing, she could get a desk at The Oppenheim Group.

In “It’s Getting Personal,” Chelsea arrives at the office (Christine in tow) with an “astounding offer.” Her client wants to buy the listing in all-cash for $30,000 over asking with no contingencies. When Heather’s client can’t match, Chelsea makes her first sale for The O Group and officially joins the team.

But with Chelsea in the mix, the office gets a little snugger. It becomes Mary’s job to find out who isn’t pulling their weight.

Will she cut Christine because of what she’s told the press about Chrishell and Jason’s relationship? Or will an agent struggling to make sales like Davina or Vanessa Villela get cut?
