Colton Underwood and Cassie Randolph’s relationship was speculated on by fans since they first got together. While they left The Bachelor without getting engaged, it looked like engagement was certainly in their future. In the summer of 2020, though, they announced their split.

“It’s been a crazy few months to say the least, Cass and I have been doing a lot of self-reflecting,” Underwood wrote to his Instagram after their breakup. “Sometimes people are just meant to be friends – and that’s OK. We both have grown immensely and been through so much together – so this isn’t the end of our story, it’s the start of a whole new chapter for us.”

Cassie Randolph announced she’s taking a week off from YouTube

Fans of The Bachelor have been eagerly awaiting Randolph’s response after Underwood’s appearance on Good Morning America.

“I’ve ran from myself for a long time,” Underwood explained during his big announcement. “I’ve hated myself for a long time, and I’m gay. And I came to terms with that earlier this year and have been processing it. The next step in all of this was letting people know. I’m still nervous. It’s been a journey, for sure.”

While Randolph didn’t immediately respond to the news, she finally broke her silence on Instagram. People reports she posted to her Instagram Stories instead of creating a longer-lasting published Instagram post. On her Instagram Stories, she added a link to her YouTube channel with text over top.

“Thank you everyone for all the kind comments and messages,” she posted. “It means so much.” She then addressed her YouTube channel which typically puts out content weekly.

“And yes, some of you are asking about my YouTube for this week,” she added. “I decided to take the week off, but will have one again next week!”

It’s unclear if Randolph will address Underwood in her future videos, but perhaps she’s taking the week to gather her thoughts. Her YouTube has over 77,000 subscribers, and her last video was of her morning skincare routine posted April 8, 2021.
