Teddi Wright won Clayton Echard’s heart early on, but she was later eliminated from the competition. During The Bachelor “Women Tell All,” she dropped a bomb that one of Clayton Echard’s brothers slid into her direct messages after seeing her on the show.

“Clayton’s brother did reach out to me. I didn’t reply,” Teddi said during the episode, according to Entertainment Tonight. “I will say, I think one Echard boy in my lifetime was enough for me.”

Teddi then gave more context to the situation. “He followed me after all of the girls were announced for the season,” she told the publication. “During the first episode, he reached out and DM’d me, and just basically said that he was excited to watch the show that night and his friends were trying to spoil it in another state.”

“It was a very harmless message,” Teddi noted. “It’s funny to message your brother’s ex.”

Listen, I love my brothers, but their nicknames are Pat the Rat and Nasty Nate. Is that a surprise after you hear those names? Probably not.”
