Adams replaced Clare Crawley on this season of The Bachelorette. Her first one-on-one date was with Brendan Morais. He nervously told her that he was married before and divorced.

She revealed to him that she can relate because she also got a divorce. “I married a guy that I met in college. I also had lost myself in my marriage, like my identity was him. But unfortunately, it was infidelity and other issues — not on my part — and then we got divorced and I too felt like I failed,” the reality star told him.

“I too felt embarrassed and ashamed and that fear of, ‘Our parents are going to be upset, our friends are going to be upset.’ So, I know exactly what you mean,” she admitted.

A TikTok user made a post reacting to the show’s latest tweet. “After last night’s episode featuring queen Tayshia I was scrolling through Twitter and I came across this video that The Bachelorette tweeted out that’s like the preview for the rest of the season,” she said. “And the captions came on and in the background there’s a voice over of a man saying ‘It’s only a matter of time before she realizes the truth’ or something like that. And on the caption it says this guy, Josh Bourelle is saying that.”

The user said she noticed that wasn’t the name of one of the guys on the season. She looked him up and realized he is her ex-husband. “Why does her ex-husband have a voice over on the preview for the rest of the season? Why is he on the show?!” she asked.

Some fans wondered if this will mean Bourelle will make an appearance. But there is a reason to not believe this theory.

Reality Steve addressed this on Instagram. “I don’t think he does. Guy’s got a girlfriend,” he said. He then added, “What I do know is that if you look at the season preview at the beginning of the season, the person actually uttering that line is Bennett [Jordan].”

The TikTok user responded to this in the comments of her post later with, “I talked about this in my recent TikTok! It definitely sounds like Bennett but still super weird that her ex’s name is in the captions at all.”

The editors of The Bachelorette is known for being tricky when it comes to previews. It’s very possible they’re using an old clip of Bennett to make it seem like there will be drama later in the season for Adams.
