Joe and Michelle made quite a splash in the first few episodes of The Bachelorette Season 18. In the premiere, the bachelorette revealed that she met the contestant online a few years before filming. But after exchanging a few DMs, Joe ghosted Michelle.

Now, Michelle is giving Joe a second chance on the show, and the lead opened up about their previous “relationship” with the rest of the cast. So can the two move forward together? Only time will tell. But it seems possible Joe and Michelle are on the right track in episode 4 of The Bachelorette.

New ‘Bachelorette’ promo teases a sweet moment between Michelle Young and Joe Coleman

Ahead of episode 4 of The Bachelorette Season 18 on Nov. 9, ABC released a clip of Michelle and Joe spending some alone time together. Previously, the cast member asked the bachelorette how he could be there for her, and she told him to bring snacks. So Joe delivers on his promise in the new promo, and he wished he could’ve done so earlier because he heard that Michelle was “feeling unseen” by her suitors.

“I wanted to bring you some the other day,” Joe told Michelle. “Some of the guys said that you were feeling unseen, and I felt really disappointed in myself and sad that you felt that way because I have feelings for you. I don’t want you to feel like that again, especially when I’m here.”

Now, it seems like Joe’s actions paid off because Michelle gushes over her contestant when speaking with Bachelorette producers.

“Joe is this, like, quiet soul. But he’s strong-willed and confident,” she says in the teaser. “I can see that Joe is challenging himself and wants to continue to push himself outside of his comfort zones. I think that says a lot.”

The Bachelorette fans will have to watch how Joe and Michelle’s relationship blossoms as season 18 progresses. But it seems like the two are really connecting. The Bella Twins, Nikki and Brie, who are WWE stars hosting the next group date also suggested that Michelle and Joe’s relationship grows in the new episode on Nov. 9.

In the Nov. 4 episode of the Click Bait podcast, Brie and Nikki shared their thoughts on Michelle and The Bachelorette cast. The Bella Twins admitted that some contestants on the group date were probably “not ready for marriage.” But even so, they had their favorites, including Joe and Brandon Jones.

“Loved Brandon,” Brie said. “And Joe. Loved Joe. If I have to put money on someone, I think Joe.”

Then Nikki added, “After that competition, money on Joe or Brandon.”

Clearly, it seems like new frontrunners will emerge during Michelle’s next group date in The Bachelorette Season 18. So get ready.
