Reality Steve predicted this person would get the first impression rose

The blogger took to his Twitter account on April 12 to share who Thurston chose as her first impression rose recipient. He predicted that Greg Grippo received the rose. Thurston decided that he made the biggest impression on her night one. Reality Steve had also claimed on Twitter that Grippo was supposed to be on Clare Crawley’s season prior to Thurston’s season.

Little is known about the reality television contestant. However, an unverified LinkedIn account claimed Grippo went to Saint Michael’s College in Colchester, Vermont. The profile states that Grippo attended the school from 2012 to 2016. Surely, viewers will get to know Grippo better once the season airs.

However, 2 of them were guys that were slated to be on Clare's original season last March: Greg Grippo, 27, Edison, NJ and Karl Smith, 33, Miami, FL.

The blogger shared a new post on his website that teased out more spoilers for The Bachelorette. He predicted 3 of the final 4 men: Blake Moynes, Grippo, and John Hersey.

Fans of the reality television show will remember that Moynes was on Crawley and Tayshia Adams’ season of The Bachelorette. Crawley struck an early bond with Moynes due to his sympathetic nature. She revealed on the show that Moynes reached out to her after production for The Bachelorette was halted due to the coronavirus pandemic. He checked in on Crawley to see how she was doing.

The writer also shared that Thomas Jacobs, another contestant, has been cast as the “villain” in The Bachelorette. Reality Steve claimed that Thurston eliminated Jacobs by episode 4.

At this point, Reality Steve did not share who Thurston’s final pick was. But, if she keeps the trend of many former bachelorettes in her shoes, Grippo might be the one to watch.

Many former bachelorettes ended up with their first impression rose recipient. Some who followed that trend included: Kaitlyn Brisotwe and Shawn Booth; Jojo Fletcher and Jordan Rodgers; Rachel Lindsay and Bryan Abasolo; Becca Kufrin and Garrett Yrigoyen; and Crawley and Dale Moss.

While not all of those couples are still together, a first impression rose is an easy signifier of who the lead might pick in the end. Plus, Thurston had both former leads Bristowe and Adams present with her throughout the season to guide her decision-making process.
