‘The Bachelorette’ episode 4 spoilers

This week things are about to get hot with an action-packed one-on-one date.

“Michelle is putting her foot on the gas, moving forward in her journey to find love, starting off this week with an adrenaline-pumping joyride at the BMW Performance Center alongside one lucky guy,” the synopsis for the episode reads. The preview for the episode revealed that the man accompanying Michelle on the date is Martin Gelbspan.

“Later, the largest group of men this season assemble for a slumber party date of epic proportions hosted by WWE Superstars The Bella Twins,” the synopsis continues. “But while it’s all fun and games for the guys, their focus seems to be on anything but Michelle, leaving her feeling unseen in a way that feels all too familiar to her past and compels her to share her truth with the group.”

Despite the not-so-great group date, Michelle’s next one-on-one turns things around.

“After an emotional evening, Michelle is ready to lift her spirits – literally – on a second one-on-one date that sees one jokester open up in an unexpected way and features a surprise performance by recording artist Andy Grammer,” the synopsis claims.

Drama finds a way in, according to ‘The Bachelorette’ spoilers

Though Michelle’s one-on-one dates seem to have gone smoothly, the same can’t be said for the cocktail party.

“Just when the drama seems to have faded into the background, one man makes a bold move at the cocktail ceremony, turning the night on its head and forcing Michelle to make some tough decisions as she hands out her roses,” the synopsis reads.

According to the preview for this week, it’s Chris Sutton who stirs up drama at the cocktail party.

“There are guys here that think they have it in the bag,” he says in the clip. “I think that’s bullsh*t.” The men are then all shown turning on Chris for throwing them under the bus.

What happened last week on ‘The Bachelorette’?

Though Michelle has been good about getting rid of the villains, she has more than a few bad eggs in her crew. Last week, she sent home Peter Izzo and Jamie Skaar, who had both been causing a lot of tension in the house. Peter had been constantly riling up Will Urena and even threw his jacket in the pool. Jamie had turned against the whole house and lied to Michelle about the men questioning her character.

Some fans of the show were surprised that Michelle was able to send two villains home in one episode, as usually the people who are stirring up dissension in the house are kept around to keep the show interesting. The fact that Michelle was allowed to send two villains home must mean there are plenty more waiting to emerge.
