‘The Bachelorette’: Why DeAnna Pappas Stagliano Doesn’t Think Tayshia Adams Will Get Engaged

Bachelor Nation recently saw former lead DeAnna Pappas Stagliano on Clare Crawley’s portion of The Bachelorette. The women had a chat about Crawley’s connection with Dale Moss (who she got engaged to shortly after).

Now that Crawley’s time as the lead has come to a close, Tayshia Adams has stepped in as the new bachelorette.

Stagliano was recently interviewed about her time on Crawley’s season as well as her predictions about Adams’ outcome.

Bachelorette viewers will remember the “girl talk” Stagliano and Crawley had. We watched Crawley go on and on about her feelings for Moss between shots of her contestants waiting on her to start their group date.

According to Stagliano, she and Crawley actually spoke about all of the former lead’s contestants, not just Moss.

“You saw two minutes, two-and-a-half minutes of that chat,” Stagliano told radio host Domenick Nati on The Domenick Nati Show. “We sat there for two-and-a-half hours and we talked about, you know, all the guys, all the dates. The connections she was having with a couple of the guys.”

Despite their lengthy conversation that included other topics than Moss, only the Moss footage was shown.

“We talked about so much,” she said. “But, of course, it’s a television show and I feel like, ultimately, people forget that. And it is edited. And what you saw was her being like, ‘Dale, Dale, Dale, Dale, Dale’ and sniffing his pants and calling it a day. There was so much more.”

When Nati Asked Stagliano who her “top guys” for Adams were, she said Spencer, Eazy, and Brendan.

But she’s not sure if Adams will get engaged. She doesn’t know if the new lead will have enough time to form a rock-solid connection with someone.

During the interview, Stagliano answered the fan question: “Will Tayshia stay until the end or leave early like Clare?”

“Oh my gosh, there is so much chatter about this,” she responded.” I am a stickler for not reading the spoilers because I want to watch the show for what it is true to how it films. I only knew the spoilers for Clare’s season because I was there. I filmed there, right? But I typically try to stay away from those because I want to watch the show and be surprised along with everybody else.”

Stagliano does think Adams “stays until the very end.”

“I have not heard any rumors,” she said. “Everybody has been really tight-lipped about what has happened since Clare left. I believe she stays until the end but I don’t know that there is an engagement. Because, if you think about it, Clare was there for two-and-a-half weeks and then Tayshia comes. So, what, she’ll film for like four weeks? So I don’t know if that’s enough time for her to get down to a couple of guys that she has a real solid foundation built for a proposal.”
