The rookies outnumber the vets on ‘The Challenge’ season 37

Season 37 of MTV’s The Challenge will feature a cast of 34, including 19 rookies and 15 vets. It’s one of the biggest casts ever, but CT and Ashley “Millionaire” Mitchell are the only returning winners.

The other vets are still looking for their first win. They include Nany González, Aneesa Ferreira, Kaycee Clark, Amanda Garcia, Big T Fazakerley, Tori Deal, Nelson Thomas, Cory Wharton, Josh Martinez, Kyle Christie, Fessy Shafaat, Devin Walker, and Nam Vo.

The rookies come from all over the globe, from shows like Survivor Romania and Paradise Hotel Sweden. When the season begins, the US “agents” will be partnered with the international “agents.” As the season unfolds, the game will evolve.

CT Tamburello made some ‘lifestyle changes’ ahead of ‘Spies, Lies, and Allies’

In the sneak peek for season 37, 40-year-old CT admits he’s worried after seeing competitors like Kaycee Clark and Survivor winner Tommy Sheehan.

“As soon as I saw all you guys, I’m like, ‘I don’t know how I’m gonna f****** do this one,’” CT told Tommy.

In a confessional, the four-time winner talked about how different he looked in Spies, Lies, and Allies compared to Double Agents because he had ditched his “dad bod” and got into shape.

“I made some lifestyle changes, I got my a** back in shape,” the Real Word: Paris alum said. “I figured if I don’t have the element of surprise anymore with the dad bod, I might as well just come in hot.”

Will CT Tamburello repeat as ‘The Challenge’ champion in season 37?

In the super-sized The Challenge trailer ahead of the season 37 premiere, CT noted that the name of this game would be “survival.” It was also suggested that he would be part of a veteran “super alliance.”

According to The Challenge Chronicles podcast, the vets had “no choice” but to create the veteran “super alliance” in order to take out the rookies. If the spoilers about the upcoming season are true, it looks like that “super alliance” was quite successful.

Season 37 spoilers reveal a slew of veteran finalists

The rookies may outnumber the vets in The Challenge: Spies, Lies, and Allies. But numerous internet spoilers claim that almost every finalist will be a face that fans are familiar with. The veteran finalists are reportedly Nany, Tori, Nelson, Kyle, Devin, CT, and Kaycee.

The only rookie to make the finals in the upcoming season is Emy Alupei from X Factor Romania and Survivor Romania.

Will CT Tamburello retire after ‘The Challenge: Spies, Lies, and Allies’?

We won’t reveal who the winners are for season 37, according to internet spoilers. But with the news that CT made it to another final, many fans are speculating that he will indeed pull off a repeat championship and win his fifth Challenge overall.

Even if he doesn’t win the game, another strong showing in the finals — plus CT’s effort to get back into shape — indicates that he isn’t going anywhere. After he won season 36, he told Us Weekly that he has no plans to retire. But if he ever feels like he can’t compete, he would step aside for someone who was more deserving.
