Fans following MTV’s The Challenge Season 37 are certainly interested to see how Fessy Shafaat fairs. Fessy Shafaat joined MTV’s ‘The Challenge’ Season 37 cast

MTV’s The Challenge Season 37 is officially here, and Spies, Lies, and Allies is the theme. Fessy Shafaat is known for his time on Big Brother prior to The Challenge. Now, he’s a major physical threat on season 37, as he’s already proven himself in eliminations from prior seasons.

Unfortunately, Fessy entered the season 37 house in a tight spot with a few people he once called friends. In season 36, he threw himself against his ally, Nelson Thomas, in a Hall Brawl elimination. This sent Nelson home and destroyed Nelson’s trust in Fessy. Because Nelson and Cory Wharton are close, it’ll be tough for Fessy to regain the duo’s trust and reenter their alliance.

As for the Big Brother alliance, it seems Fessy’s closest ally, Kaycee Clark, might also keep her distance. Kaycee and Fessy were disqualified during the season 36 final because Fessy refused to take part in the eating challenge. And Kaycee already mentioned she’s ready to part ways with Big Brother and go in a different direction.

Eagle-eyed fans of MTV’s The Challenge Season 37 noticed Fessy might be hurting for cash. According to a Reddit thread, Fessy posted a number of pieces of personal Challenge memorabilia to eBay in the hopes of selling them for a lot of money.

The Reddit post notes Fessy is selling his helmet with a gold skull for $999. The helmet was allegedly “worn in every Challenge and elimination win.” Also, Fessy posted his Double Agents jersey for sale for $500, his boxing shoes for $180, and boxing shorts for $350.

“He immediately re-listed 10 of 13 items that didn’t sell,” a fan posted to Reddit. “In the previous auction, these 10 items attracted zero bids, so he’s trying again and has extended the auction period from three to seven days, so plenty of time to get your bids in for Fessy’s compression shorts lmao.”

“I don’t think he needs the money, but I do think he has an overinflated sense of self-worth, as you can tell by how he priced these,” another Reddit user wrote. “I doubt he will sell all those.”

Not every fan thinks Fessy is disillusioned, though. “I think this is smart,” another fan wrote. “Better to sell them now than selling them for peanuts when production stops calling. I’m no Fessy fan, but he’s being a hustler and I think it shows he knows this won’t last forever.”

So, does Fessy make it to the end of MTV’s The Challenge Season 37? While he certainly has the physical strength to get him through a number of eliminations, it seems he makes a game-losing mistake somewhere along the way. According to rumors, Fessy gets disqualified from the competition due to a physical altercation with Josh Martinez.

Josh and Fessy ideally begin the game in the same alliance, as they’re both from Big Brother. But the trailer shows the crew physically separating them as they yell at each other in the house. It’s unclear what exactly goes down, but it clearly gets heated.
