Drummond says cowboy coffee is on The Mercantile menu. On her website, she describes the beverage as perfect for “an extra morning jolt.” It takes just five minutes of prep time and a total of 10 minutes to make. This delicious drink is a mixture of dark-roast coffee and espresso. It also contains sarsaparilla syrup. Once you’ve finished making Drummond’s famous cowboy coffee, she suggests adding steamed milk and sprinkling ground espresso and smoked sea salt on top.

Cookies and Cream Iced Latte

Drummond describes her cookies and cream iced latte recipe as a “Heavenly concoction.” This latte gets its sweet flavor from crumbled Oreo cookies and a generous helping of cream. If you’re looking for a caffeine fix, there’s also a shot of espresso.

If you ever visit The Pioneer Woman Mercantile, you can order cookies and cream iced latte from the menu. The Pioneer Woman Instagram page says this drink is almost like having “dessert for breakfast.” For the full ingredients and recipe instructions, visit The Pioneer Woman website. If you’d rather not have the added sugary ingredients, Drummond also has a handy recipe for plain iced coffee on the Food Network website.

Irish Coffee

Another flavorful coffee recipe from Drummond is her Irish coffee. She refers to it as a “cocktail for coffee lovers.” This recipe yields four servings. The prep time is 10 minutes, and it takes a total of 10 minutes to make.

For the first step, Drummond instructs home cooks to whip together heavy cream and Bailey’s in an electric mixer. Then, get out your coffee mug and add 2 tablespoons of whiskey, 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, and 1 cup of coffee. Drummond suggests adding a “generous” layer of Bailey’s whipped cream on top.

Spicy Cowgirl Coffee

Drummond didn’t forget about the cowgirls. She has a recipe called Spicy Cowgirl Coffee, which she says is “addictive.” Drummond sang the praises of this drink, which is also on the menu at The Pioneer Woman Mercantile.

“This might just be the dreamiest iced coffee you’ll ever try—straight from The Mercantile menu!” writes Drummond. “Cold brew coffee, chile syrup, milk, and dark chocolate are topped with a sweet vanilla whipped cream, then dusted with cinnamon and cayenne.”

If you have as sweet tooth, this drink will likely hit the spot. Some of the ingredients in this recipe include heavy cream, cinnamon, and chocolate syrup. You can find the full recipe on Drummond’s website.
