Although they have endured years of affair rumors and relentless paparazzi intruding on their relatively private life, the couple has remained happily married and appear to grow more in love with each other as time passes. But despite being soulmates, the pair have gotten on each other’s nerves at times, proving that they are just like other married couples at the end of the day.

Posh and Becks are Hollywood royalty

Victoria and David Beckham have been together for what seems like forever.

The pair first met in 1997 at the Manchester United players’ lounge. While detailing how she met her husband in a letter she penned to herself in a 2017 issue of British Vogue, the former Spice Girls member admitted that she was a little tipsy that night, so she doesn’t remember the particulars of their first encounter.

“It will happen to you in the Manchester United players’ lounge—although you will get a little drunk, so exact details are hazy,” she wrote. “While the other football players stand at the bar drinking with their mates, you will see David standing aside with his family. (He’s not even in the first team at this stage—you are the famous one).”

However, Beckham did remember her first impression of the athlete, whose “cute smile” she noticed right away.

It wasn’t long after they met that David and Victoria began dating. Though they kept their relationship under wraps at first, they eventually went public with romance.

On July 4, 1999, the pair tied the knot inside Luttrellstown Castle in Ireland. Their intimate wedding attracted a ton of media attention, with one British publication paying the couple millions just to publish their wedding photos.

Today, David and Victoria Beckham are still happily married, with successful careers under their belts as well as a loving family dynamic with their four children.

Victoria Beckham admits that one of her bad habits grinds David Beckham’s gears

Although Victoria and David Beckham love each other tremendously, they still manage to get on each other’s nerves more than you might think!

In the debut video of her VB on the Road YouTube series, the fashion designer revealed that there’s one habit of hers that doesn’t sit well with her famous husband.

While recording content in her hotel room in New York City, Beckham gave viewers a glimpse of her untidiness, which she said drives David Beckham “crazy.”

“You can take a little look around at the chaos. So we’ve got one wardrobe full of clothes here. We’ve got another wardrobe full of clothes here. Bit of a mess everywhere,” the mother of four shared while showing off her cluttered hotel room. “And you can see why I drive my husband crazy because he is super, super tidy. And I’m a germaphobe … Everywhere has got to be super, super clean. I mean, I disinfect everywhere, but I am a bit messy. What are you going to do?”

She added, “This would be giving David a panic attack right now, a full-on panic attack. You know what it looks like? It looks like Victoria Beckham threw up everywhere! It’s like designer clothes everywhere.”

David Beckham’s obsessive-compulsive disorder forces him to make ‘everything perfect’

Being in spaces that aren’t clean and tidy really doesn’t sit well with David Beckham.

In 2009, the professional football player opened up about his battle with obsessive-compulsive disorder, which he’s tried to put a stop to but can’t seem to move on from.

“I’ve got this obsessive-compulsive disorder where I have to have everything in a straight line or everything has to be in pairs,” Beckham explained in a candid interview with Independent. “I’ll put my Pepsi cans in the fridge and if there’s one too many then I’ll put it in another cupboard somewhere.”

The athlete continued, “I’ll go into a hotel room and before I can relax, I have to move all the leaflets and all the books and put them in a drawer. Everything has to be perfect.”

David Beckham said that Victoria calls him a “weirdo” because of his condition. However, she’s learned to live with her husband’s OCD after all these years.

“He’s got that obsessive-compulsive thing where everything has to match. If you open our fridge, it’s all co-ordinated down either side,” she previously said, according to the outlet. “We’ve got three fridges – food in one, salad in another and drinks in the third. In the drinks one, everything is symmetrical. If there’s three cans, he’ll throw one away because it has to be an even number.”
