Netflix has renewed Virgin River for season 4 and season 5. Netflix Life reports that the cast and crew have been filming new episodes since July 2021 and that production is set to end in November 2021. As a result, fans speculated that the new episodes would debut in early 2022.

However, Henderson says fans might have to wait even longer. During a Cameo video for fans, Henderson let some shocking info slip. “[The new season is] coming out sometime, maybe not that soon… But anyway, we’re in the middle of season four,” he said via Hello!

Who started the fire at Jack’s house in season 3?

Since there has been so much focus on who shot Jack, many fans have forgotten that someone burned down his home. Now fans are trying to piece together the arsonist.

“Who started the fire at Jack’s house? Coincidence? I doubt it,” one Redditor said via Express. “I haven’t read the books but my guess is that Charmaine did that?” Other Virgin River fans claimed that the fire was due to an electrical issue, not arson. However, some people think that Charmaine’s new husband Todd (Patrick Sabongui) had something to do with it. “In my opinion someone tampered with something,” the Redditor said.

“I don’t know who but it wasn’t an accident,” one person said. “I vote for Todd too.”

We think that Jack getting shot and the fire at his home are connected.

‘Virgin River’: Fans Might Not Find out Who Shot Jack for a Long Time

We will find out who shot Jack in ‘Virgin River’ Season 4

If the person who shot Jack is the person who also started the fire that burned down his home we will find out in season 4.  “If we get the actual reveal [in season 4], it would detail more of how this all was intertwined,” Tenney told Us Weekly. “The webbing of that story goes all the way back to the first season, so it’s a connective tissue that goes through four seasons.”

For now, Henderson says he’s aware who pulled the trigger on his character. “I know,” he told Entertainment Weekly. “And the fact that I know makes me feel like the audience is going to find out. It would be unfair to the audience to not have that result. That would feel a little tacky to string them along and then keep it a mystery. There has to be a resolution, and obviously, it further complicates his relationship with Brady and it’ll be nice to see some of that stuff resolved hopefully too, and maybe heal going forward.”
