The Duggar family has some pretty strict rules that kids have to follow, from their conservative approach to dating (which they call courting) to banning beach vacations, dancing, and pants for the girls. Some also suspect that there are rules regarding social media. The theory is that the Duggar daughters are only allowed to use apps like Instagram if they are engaged or married.

Jessa Duggar Seewald debunked rumors of a social media ban last year, saying it’s just coincidence that Duggars tend to join Instagram after they start courting. But it still caused a stir when her older sister Jana created an Instagram profile in early 2019. She was just the latest Duggar to start connecting with fans on social media. Over the years, more and more Duggars have joined Instagram, which allows fans to keep up with all the day-to-day details of their lives.

These Duggars have Instagram

Most — but not all — of the adult Duggar siblings are on Instagram. Even mom and dad have an account. Here’s a complete list of which Duggars you can follow.

The Duggar Family: Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar run this account. This is the place to go if you want to see updates on the younger Duggar kids who don’t yet have their own social media.

Jinger Vuolo and Jeremy Vuolo: Some Duggar couples have a joint Instagram account, but Jinger and Jeremy Vuolo have their own separate profiles. Follow them to keep up with the latest on their upcoming move to Los Angeles.

Jill Dillard and Derick Dillard: Derick got kicked off Counting On after making some insensitive comments about fellow TLC star Jazz Jennings, and his wife Jill went with him. But you can still keep up with the family and their two kids on Instagram.

Jessa Seewald: Baby No. 3 for Jessa is due in June, and she’s been posting pregnancy updates and parenting tips. Her husband Ben Seewald is also on Instagram, but he’s not very active — his last post is from May 2017.

Jana Duggar: Fans freaked out when Jana joined Instagram in January, taking it as a sign that a courtship announcement was imminent. So far, there’s no engagement news, but you can follow Jana’s updates about her travels, gardening, and home projects.

Anna Duggar: Josh Duggar has laid relatively low since it was revealed he molested several of his sisters, but his wife Anna does have an Instagram account.

John-David and Abbie Duggar: Recently married John-David and Abbie share an Instagram account. They don’t post a lot, but the couple does like to share updates about their globe-trotting adventures, including their honeymoon in Finland and a recent getaway to Branson, Missouri.

Josiah and Lauren Duggar: Josiah had his own Instagram when he was still single, and after he married Lauren Swanson in 2018, it morphed into their joint account.

Austin and Joy-Anna Forsyth:  This couple joined Instagram after they married in 2017.

Joseph and Kendra Duggar: Joseph and Kendra have been married since 2017, but they just joined Instagram in February 2018. Their first post was a snap of their son Garrett. “We finally decided to get social media! Still trying figure out how it works,” they wrote. “Looking forward to keeping y’all updated on our little family.”

Not every grown-up Duggar is on Instagram. Twenty-year-old twins Jeremiah and Jedidiah don’t have accounts. Nor does Jason Duggar, who is nearly 19. (Though with rumors that he’s courting Lauren Caldwell, the sister of his sister-in-law Kendra, perhaps he’ll be getting a profile soon.) Nor are any of the younger siblings: James, Justin, Jackson, Johannah, Jennifer, Jordyn-Grace, and Josie.
