Which Kardashian Is Really the Most Famous?

The Kardashian family has been in the public eye for well over a decade, and many have grown up watching their popular show Keeping Up with the Kardashians. Every member of the family has gone on to experience their fair share of heartbreak, success, and wild tabloid stories, and each is well known in their own regard.

However, all Kardashians are not created equal, and one definitely stands head and shoulders above the rest in terms of continuous popularity.

Is Kylie Jenner the most famous?

Kylie Jenner recently made headlines as the youngest self-made billionaire, but the CEO of Kylie Cosmetics is relatively new to the fame game, even though she has grown up on television. Jenner, the daughter of Kris Jenner and Caitlyn Jenner (formerly Bruce Jenner) is not a Kardashian by blood but shares many of the same traits as her famous half-sisters, including a fondness for scandalous photo shoots and flawless makeup. Kylie Jenner certainly has a huge fanbase, mainly young girls, who admire her cosmetics line and her trendy style. She also has a massive following on social media of 130 million. 

Although Kylie Jenner might be the richest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan, she isn’t necessarily the most popular. Jenner, at 21 years old, still has a young fanbase, and doesn’t have the cross-generational appeal of her older sisters. 

Khloe Kardashian is often considered the most likable

When the Kardashians first burst onto the scene in 2007, the public was quick to pinpoint the sisters’ different personalities. Kourtney Kardashian, the oldest sister, often seemed particular and prissy, Kim Kardashian was sensitive and emotional, and Khloe Kardashian was wild, crazy, and blessed with a raucous sense of humor. For years, Khloe Kardashian was considered the most likable Kardashian – fans loved her realistic struggles with body image and the way she was able to poke fun at silly situations.

Since going through a very public battle with weight loss, and seeming to embrace a bit more of the superficial celebrity culture that runs rampant in Calabasas, she might have lost some popularity. Fans still love her and have followed her journey to motherhood with support and encouragement, but it certainly cannot be said that she’s the most popular Kardashian.

Kim Kardashian wears the crown

Kim Kardashian’s sex tape with her then-boyfriend Ray J is widely considered to be the vehicle that shot the Kardashians to fame in 2007, and in the years since, the middle Kardashian sister has been able to retain her title as the most popular member of the family. Kardashian has managed to grow and evolve in the public eye and has many different businesses and sources of income. She runs her own makeup line, KKW Beauty, wears the finest designer duds, and most recently, has become an advocate for criminal justice reform.

Kardashian has fans from all over the world and continues to get followers from many different parts of the country. The way she has managed to expand her brand while still staying true to the essence of her personality has meant that she is able to get fans of all ages and backgrounds. She also has the largest social media following of any of the sisters, with 132 million followers on Instagram. Although she might not make quite as much money as her younger sister, Kylie Jenner, there’s little doubt that Kim Kardashian remains the most popular Kardashian.
