Martha Stewart is a Queen. She could probably create air from knitting needles and a few yardsticks if she wanted. With celebrities out in full force with their Halloween contributions, it’d take something pretty spectacular to top. Leave it to Stewart to exceed all holiday expectations today, and every day.

One glance at Stewart’s two Instagram accounts (because one isn’t nearly enough of her creations), and there’s little doubt she knows how to throw down on Halloween.

On Stewart’s personal Instagram page, she shares more general photos of things that inspire her such as her cats for National Cat Day, the construction of a pool house for her farm, and behind-the-scenes glimpses from her shows through the years.

Of all the pictures, it’s Stewart’s throwbacks of her various Halloween costumes that have fans reeling. In one photo, Stewart, who’s dressed in a flowing pink gown while holding a wand, deems herself “Fairy GrandMartha.” Honestly, is there anything more pure?

Stewart’s costumes are next-level

Plenty of celebrities pull a bit of magic out of their creative hats for Halloween (We see you, Heidi Klum). But, it’s Stewart’s simplicity that makes her costumes so “fantastical,” as she calls them.

Whether she’s a “Bloody Park Avenue Nurse,” inspired by the Richard Prince Nurse Series, or “Motha” which was inspired by “Insecta order Lepidoptera” Stewart takes the “everyday” looks to the next level.

Stewart considers herself a ‘spooky fashion muse’

Costumes are one thing, but Stewart’s captions for the photos showing off her Halloween looks are a mandatory read.

For instance, when Stewart dressed up as the Bride of Frankenstein, she said: “We’re pictured in my potting shed turned Halloween laboratory, where many blood-curdling, bone-chilling experiments happen.”

In another, the Queen of Everyday Living said of her bewitching outfit: “I’m wearing special-effects contact lenses. They complete this “Mistress of the Dark” ensemble. My pet spider, “Beauty”, is atop my wickedly-webbed jeweled veil.”

If Stewart could rewrite a Cheesecake Factory menu with her colorful vocabulary, the world would be a happier place.

Stewart’s famous friends dressed up for Halloween with her

When you’re Martha Stewart, you invite your entire Rolodex of famous friends to come onto your show in full costume. Whether it’s Blake Lively as Cleopatra or Cameron Mathison as Tarzan, you want to be on this invite list.

We’d be remiss not to mention Martha and Snoop’s Potluck Dinner Party on VH1 where Stewart and cohost, Snoop Dogg “cavort and entertain our illustrious guests.”

With all the Halloween costumes circulating the rounds, take a moment of thanks for all things Martha Stewart. The lifestyle expert makes a living teaching the world how to bring your visions to life.

Not only does she offer epic decorating tips and tricks and holiday snack ideas, but she’s a total inspiration for taking a basic Halloween costume and re-vamping it into something spectacular and that is a very beautiful thing.
