The Internet is coming up with a wide variety of memes and reels surrounding the defamation case between Zombieland actor Amber Heard and Pirates of the Caribbean star Johnny Depp. However, they’re certainly one-sided in favor of Depp. Some fans are comparing the similarities between Depp’s testimony regarding Heard’s character in Zombieland and alleged behavior in their relationship.

Heard has a small role in Zombieland as 406, which is the number that represents her apartment number. Columbus (Jesse Eisenberg) lets a flustered 406 into his apartment after she runs from her attacker. He manages to help calm her down, despite the fact that she’s absolutely terrified. However, the fact that such a beautiful girl is in his apartment is what he’s most thrilled about.

Columbus and 406 fall asleep on the couch together, only for him to wake up to her looming over him as a zombie. He begins to fight for his life and he nearly loses the battle. However, Columbus manages to overcome the struggle with 406 and kills her with a piece of the toilet. As a result, audiences learn Columbus’ second rule: Double Tap.

‘Zombieland’ fans compared Amber Heard zombie attack to Johnny Depp’s claims

Scene City uploaded the Zombieland clip featuring Heard. The comments flooded with the movie’s fans comparing 406 to the actor in real life. “It’s nice to see Amber playing herself in this movie,” the top comment reads.

“For this guy, it was his worst day ever, for Johnny Depp it was Tuesday,” another comment reads.

However, another user write, “When she put her foot in the door, just like Johnny said she did in the case, I burst out laughing. We are witnessing a historical recreation, dudes.”

Other folks filled the responses spamming laughing emojis and agreeing with the original comment.

A YouTube commenter explained how the entire Zombieland clip summarizes Heard and Depp’s marriage over the course of 4 minutes. She’s initially charming and gains Columbus’ trust, but things quickly turn ugly and violent.

Another comparison made is a line that 406 says: “Not running, sprinting!” This is a clear reference to the audio played in the defamation case where Heard said, “I didn’t punch you, I was hitting you.”
