TLC is shaking things up with the 90 Day: Hunt for Love tell all, and viewers aren’t sure what to make of the change.

Sukanya Krishnan hosts the ‘90 Day: Hunt for Love’ tell all

Fans of 90 Day Fiancé are used to seeing host Shaun Robinson on the tell all stage. For years, the former Access Hollywood correspondent has refereed the franchise’s often chaotic reunions. But she’s not playing that role in the Hunt for Love tell all. Instead, the honor of hosting went to Sukanya “Suki” Krishnan.

Krishnan isn’t new to TLC. She’s well-known to Sister Wives fans for hosting that show’s tell all episodes, where she sits down individually with the different members of the Brown family. She also hosted the 2021 series 90 Day Fiancé: Love Games. But is she up to the task of wrangling the big personalities who made up the cast of Hunt for Love

So far, many viewers seem pleased with Krishnan’s work as host. On Instagram, several people said that they “loved” her ability to steer the conversation among the cast members and willingness to ask pointed questions.

“She’s a straight shot with questions,” one person commented on a tell all clip where Krishnana quizzes Rob Warne about why he’s still sleeping with his ex Sophie Sierra despite their breakup.

“Shaun wouldn’t ask these questions,” another observed. “Keep this host !!”

“This host is a major upgrade! Shawn was sweet but this woman don’t play lol,” someone else agreed.

In a video shared on her social media, Krishnan said she took her job as tell all host seriously.

“I did a lot of research. Binge watching. More binge watching,” she said. “Read all your comments. Read all your comments about me, too.”

But she added that she was excited to dive into all the mess that came out of the dating show, in which 90 Day alums tried to connect with new singles at a tropical resort.

“You have the real world and the 90 Day world coming together in Tulum, Mexico,” she said. “And it’s like, boom, magic.”

But Krishnan didn’t win over all 90 Day diehards. Some people wished Robinson was the one hosting the Hunt for Love reunion.

“You’re great as the host/moderator on the Tell All’s! Wish you would’ve done it for the 90 Day Hunt for Love Tell All,” one person commented on her Instagram

“Shaun we’re missing you in the reunion tonight,” another wrote.

TLC hasn’t explained why Krishnan took over from Robinson for the latest 90 Day tell all. Nor has the network shared its plans for future 90 Day reunions. It’s possible that Robinson will be back to discuss all the drama on the current season of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? or the new season of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way, which premieres September 8.

The 90 Day: Hunt for Love tell all continues on Monday, September 1 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on TLC.
