’90 Day Fiancé’ Alum Leida Margaretha’s Legal Problems Mount as She Faces Dozens of Felony Charges in Wisconsin
Leida Margaretha’s legal problems are piling up as she faces a slew of felony charges in Wisconsin.
The 90 Day Fiancé alum has been charged with 24 separate felonies in Juneau County, according to court records that are available online. On January 17, she was hit with seven counts of bail jumping, 10 counts of forgery, six counts of wire fraud, and one count of theft from a business of between $10,000 and $100,000. The alleged crimes were committed between October 2023 and March 2024. Margaretha’s next court appearance is scheduled for March 9.
Margaretha also faces two charges of identity theft in Winnebago County. On January 5, she entered a not guilty plea in that case. In July 2025, prosecutors charged her with bail-jumping in Adams County and ordered her to surrender her passport.
The one-time TLC personality has had multiple run-ins with law enforcement since she moved to Wisconsin from Indonesia to be with her husband, Eric Rosenbrook. The couple were featured in season 6 of 90 Day Fiancé, which aired in 2018. Margaretha quickly emerged as one of the show’s more memorable villains as she clashed with Rosenbrook’s daughter, Tasha. At one point, Margaretha threatened to move back to Indonesia if the other woman did move out of the apartment that she shared with her father.
Despite their volatile marriage and family conflict, Margaretha and Rosenbook stayed together and welcomed a daughter, Alisa, in 2025. In July 2025, they announced that their infant daughter had died. Soon after, Margaretha filed for divorce from Rosenbrook but later withdrew her petition. The Adams County Sheriff’s Office has opened an investigation into the baby’s death, according to local news outlets, but there have been no further updates on the case.
