On Wednesday, TLC revealed the cast for 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days Season 8. Eight couples will be sharing their stories this season, with starry-eyed Americans leaving everything they know behind as they travel abroad in the hopes of turning their long-distance connections into lasting romance.

Jovon and Annalyn
When it comes to their relationship, Jovon, 38, and Annalyn, 38, are doing things a little differently. The pair are legally married, but they’ve yet to actually meet in person.
Jovon, who is from Alabama, began his online romance with Annalyn, who is from the Philippines, during Covid. They had a virtual pandemic wedding, and now, they’re finally getting ready to be together in the real world. But with strong personalities and very different expectations around money, lifestyle, and gender roles, living together as husband and wife may be far more complicated than they ever imagined.
Aviva and Stig
Aviva, a 26-year-old from Arizona, met her Belizean boyfriend Stig, 30, two years ago via a social media video. Now, she’s traveling to Central America to meet her rapper beau known as Stig Da Artist for the first time in person. Aviva is ready for a lasting connection, but Stig’s popularity with other women is causing her to doubt whether he’s ready to settle down.
Laura and Birkan
Laura, 47, isn’t letting a significant age gap stand in the way of love. Her whirlwind romance with Birkan, 26, began on social media and after just a few weeks, they were talking about marriage.
Laura, who is from Washington, is a fun-loving and active romantasy novel enthusiast. Birkan, who is from Turkey, is quiet and philosophical, with a mysterious past. But not everyone in Laura’s life is convinced she’s making the right move – including her parents and her best friend Michal, who might secretly be in love with her.
Emma and Ziad
Emma, a 28-year-old from California, met Ziad, 27, on an international dating app and was quickly swept up by his charm. Now, she’s flying to Morocco determined to leave with a ring on her finger. But she has a big secret: She was previously engaged to another Moroccan man. Meanwhile, Ziad may be hiding something as well, as his behavior sparks doubts, making her question whether their love story is really what it seems.
Forrest and Sheena
Forrest, 32, and Sheena, 40, have endured seven years of long-distance love. Now, this pair of virgins are finally meeting for the first time in person. Forrest’s parents are traveling with him from Oregon to the Philippines to meet Sheena, who has been watching their son’s daily life through his home security cameras. They see a number of red flags in Forrest’s potential wife, including her mysterious family, which could lead to a meeting that’s more tense than romantic.
Rick and Trisha
Rick, 52, is a jack-of-all-trades from California. Now, this divorced single dad believes he’s finally found the right woman to complete his family in Trisha, 25, a fiery midwife from Madagascar. They’ve been planning a future together, but trust issues loom large after Trisha recently ghosted him, leaving their in-person relationship off to a rocky start.
Lisa and Daniel
Lisa, 51, a spontaneous, open-hearted Pennsylvanian with a colorful romantic history, is ready to fly across the world to meet Daniel, a 39-year-old Nigerian man she fell in love with after he reached out to her on social media. But Lisa is keeping a big secret — she’s been married five times and has spent the last 21 years living as a lesbian. Will Daniel and his conservative family will accept her past? With questions swirling about money and trust, Lisa’s shot at love this time could be her most explosive yet.
Elise and Joshua
Fans of the 90 Day franchise met Elise, 32, a glamorous Miami real estate agent, on 90 Day: Hunt for Love. Since filming that show, she’s connected with Joshua, 39, a yacht broker from Sydney, through Instagram. Five months later, they’re meeting in person. But with Elise’s history of broken engagements and her resolve not to disappoint her family again, combined with Josh’s thrill-seeking lifestyle and friends on both sides sounding alarms, this whirlwind romance could end in a spectacular wipeout.
