’90 Day Fiancé’: Jasmine Claims Gino Threatened to Report Her to Immigration Before She Got Pregnant

In the September 28 episode of the 90 Day Fiancé spinoff, Gino sat down and added up all the money he claims to have spent on Jasmine. The total? More than $75,000.

“What a f***ing waste,” he said as he realized how much he’d invested in his wife, who is now pregnant with another man’s baby after demanding an open marriage. “Pathetic. What a betrayal.”

Gino declared that he was going to “make Jasmine pay for the amount of money that I invested in the relationship from day one.”

In a clip (via YouTube) from the upcoming October 5 episode of Happily Ever After?, Gino calls Jasmine to confront her about what he believes are her schemes and manipulations.

“It is obvious that you used me to come to the U.S. and obtain a green card,” he tells his wife, who is from Panama.  “This was the biggest mistake of my life … You stabbed me in the back, used me, and broke my heart. I invested a lot in this relationship. You owe me $40,000 for all the money I transferred to Panama during the three years you were in Panama.

“You never transferred that amount,” Jasmine interjects.

Gino continues, telling her she owes him “$10,000 for the wedding.”

“I didn’t want to have a wedding,” she cries. “You wanted a wedding.”

‘90 Day Fiancé’ star says Jasmine ‘never intended’ to be with him

But Gino isn’t done. He also says Jasmine is on the hook for $1,225 for a green card, $10,000 for the work he’s done to obtain the K1 visa and green card, and $5,000 for a divorce lawyer.

“So all this money adds up to a good $70,000,” he says. “You never intended to be with me. It was a f***ing scam and it was marriage fraud to the T.”

Jasmine is outraged. She has always maintained that she loved Gino but that the relationship fell apart after she moved to Michigan to be with him.

“What is immigration going to do?” Jasmine asks. “I didn’t do anything criminal. I married you and the marriage didn’t work.”

Jasmine also responded to Gino’s allegations on social media. In a post on her Instagram Story, she says he’s lying about his investment in their relationship and that he “never spent that amount of money on me.”

“Over the course of 5 years, I basically worked for him for free to such an extent that he doesn’t have to work as an engineer anymore,” she wrote.

Jasmine has previously claimed that Gino kept the money she earned from her TLC appearances for himself. She also says he’s threatened to contact immigration officials in an effort to get her deported.

90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? Season 9 airs Sundays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on TLC. Episodes also stream on HBO Max.
