Awkward! Orlando Bloom Attends Same Party as Katy Perry and Justin Trudeau
Several stars stepped out recently to attend a Netflix party hosted by Ted Sarandos. The Beef Season 2 Montecito Tastemaker event was held at Sarandos’ home on April 10. The guest list included Carey Mulligan, Prince Harry, and Michael Keaton. Also on hand were Katy Perry and her boyfriend, Justin Trudeau, as well as Perry’s ex-fiancé, Orlando Bloom.
Perry and Trudeau posed for several snaps with Sarandos and his wife, Nicole Avant. Perry looked chic in a white dress while the politician kept it stylish with a dark button-down shirt, jeans, and a jacket.
Bloom took separate photos with the hosts as well. He donned a black corduroy shirt and trousers. Many fans pointed out that things could have gotten a little awkward at the event if Bloom ran into Perry and her new beau, but it’s not known if they interacted at all or even saw each other.
The following day, the “California Gurls” hitmaker posted pics and video clips of her and Trudeau at Coachella.
The two looked to be having a blast as they smiled and danced to performances by Justin Bieber and others.
Perry also shared images of them eating, strolling hand in hand through the VIP section of the festival, and sipping from red solo cups.
The singer and Bloom confirmed their split in June 2025. Four months later, Perry and Trudeau sparked dating rumors after he was spotted at one of her concerts. They became Instagram official in December 2025.
Perry and Bloom shared one daughter, while Trudeau has three children with Sophie Grégoire, with whom he’s been separated from since 2023.
