This ‘Bachelor in Paradise’ Couple Appears to be Together Postseason Despite Terrible On-Screen Behavior

Earlier this month, Bachelor in Paradise returned to ABC after a year-long hiatus. Season 10 is completely revamped, but it’s still bringing chaotic energy. While a few couples seem to be solid at the moment, many more look like their love won’t make it another week, let alone into the real world. One of those pairings, however, appears to be defying odds. While Bachelor in Paradise viewers have seen some pretty terrible behavior from Jeremy Simon when it comes to Bailey Brown, their current social media feeds suggest they are very much together. Fans can not figure out why Bailey would continue to entertain Jeremy.
Jeremy Simon has repeatedly melted down over letting someone he knew for 30 seconds go home on ‘Bachelor in Paradise’
Jeremy Simon wasn’t a fan favorite when he appeared on The Bachelorette. His actions as a contestant left something to be desired, even if there were worse characters vying for Jenn Tran’s heart. His stint on Bachelor in Paradise hasn’t made him look like a good guy, either. In the last few episodes, fans have watched Jeremy have an absolute tantrum over Bailey Brown accepting a date. They’ve watched him try to call Susie Evans to return to Costa Rica. As if that wasn’t enough, more recently, they listened in as he told Brian Autz that he’d propose to Susie right now and send Bailey packing.
Jeremy’s seeming obsession with Susie, who spent all of 24 hours at the resort, isn’t sitting right with some viewers. His alleged feelings seem disproportionate to the amount of time they spent together. He’s also being incredibly disrespectful to Bailey. Fans feel as though the Bachelor Nation alum is playing games. The silver lining seems to be that Susie, despite being called to return, seems totally uninterested in whatever Jeremy was offering her. His bad behavior doesn’t seem to have negative consequences, though.
Despite his on-screen behavior, Jeremy and Bailey appear to be together
While Jeremy Simon spent the last two episodes of Bachelor in Paradise lamenting his missed connection with Susie Evans, his heart clearly wasn’t all that broken. It seems that Jeremy is still actively involved with Bailey, months after they finished filming Bachelor in Paradise. At the very least, their social media feeds suggest they are currently vacationing together. While the duo is trying to keep it quiet — likely due to their ABC contracts — they aren’t doing a very good job.
Sure, neither Bailey nor Jeremy has posted photos together away from Costa Rica, but their current stories place them both in Porto, Portugal. Simon posted photos with the vacation spot tagged. Bailey shared a photo of a very distinct McDonald’s located in the same coastal town. It seems unlikely that they are traveling separately throughout the same region by coincidence. According to Reality Steve, they’ve been spotted out together fairly regularly, though he doesn’t believe an engagement is imminent.
While they appear to be together, Bachelor in Paradise fans can’t imagine why Bailey would still be interested in Jeremy. Jeremy’s behavior towards Bailey was awful. Even if she didn’t know how he felt about Susie back then, she must know by now. If she hasn’t yet watched an episode of her season, it might be best if she does.
