TLC star Baylen Dupree can’t wait to start married life together with her fiancé Colin Dooley.

In the first trailer for Baylen Out Loud Season 2, she jumps eagerly into wedding planning, envisioning a big day with alpacas, a bounce house, and other uniquely Baylen elements. But are her dreams bigger than her budget?

Baylen will be ‘devastated’ if she can’t pull off her dream wedding

Baylen Out Loud’s first season ended with Colin proposing to his girlfriend, Baylen. Now, the couple is living together, and Baylen – who has Tourette Syndrome – is adjusting to life in a new city and with new friends, all while planning her wedding, including dress shopping, floral design, and venue visits.

“I would like to have a bouncy house at the wedding,” she tells her younger brother.

“Are you four years old?” he replies.

A bouncy house might be unconventional, but that doesn’t matter to the TikTok personality.

“I’m not like every other bride,” she says before she quizzes a pair of wedding pros about another item on her wish list.

“Have you guys ever had alpacas at a wedding?” she asks.

But plans for alpacas and bouncy houses might have to be scrapped if Baylen and Colin want to keep costs under control.

“In thinking about your budget, you’re not going to love what I have to tell you,” a woman says.

“What if we can’t have our dream wedding?” she says to Colin. “I would be devastated.”

Wedding planning isn’t the only thing on Baylen’s plate in the second season of her TLC show. She and Colin also need to think about life after they say “I do.” He’s currently in the military, which provides a “steady paycheck.” But that job won’t last forever.

“My contract will be expiring in about a year,” he tells a producer. Not only will he need to earn money, but it’s important to find a job that provides good health insurance that will cover Baylen’s treatment, her dad warns him. There’s also the question of children. Julie and Allen Dupree want them to sit down with a counselor before they tie the knot.

“My parents bringing up premarital counseling kind of just felt weird,” Baylen says.

“We’re going one step forward and three steps back,” Colin agrees.

Eventually, Baylen and Colin do sit down with a counselor to discuss some of their issues.

“Her father, he’s having a lot of influence on our lives right now,” Colin tells the therapist.

Baylen’s parents want the best for their daughter. But will that interfere with her desire to build an independent life with her husband?

“Is this what our marriage is going to be like?” Colin asks.

Baylen Out Loud Season 2 premieres Tuesday, October 7 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on TLC.
