“Now that Jax is gone, I am definitely getting my sparkle back,” Brittany declares, adding “my titties won’t be here for long.”

“Last little piece of Jax, gone,” Brittany, 36, says as she prepares for her “mommy makeover” surgery.

Last year, the mom of one decided to get some major work done as she embarked on her newly single life. She got a liposuction and tummy tuck, in addition to an abdominal reconstruction to correct the diastasis recti that developed after she gave birth to her son, Cruz, in 2021. And then there were her breasts, which had ballooned to an uncomfortable size E or F following her pregnancy.

“My boobs are perky, they are beautiful. I am so, so, so happy,” Cartwright told People of her breast reduction surgery. “My boobs got humungous, I was so uncomfortable. After having Cruz and breastfeeding and then my weight fluctuating, they just got so big and they would not go down to the way they were when I first got them done.”

“I’m not sure exactly what size I’ll be, I’ll still be swollen for a while,” she added. “I still wanted boobs,..so I’ll probably be like a full C, small D. But it is a huge difference and they look amazing.”

‘The Valley’ star accused Jax of body-shaming her

Brittany’s transformation came after the end of her tumultuous marriage to Jax. The couple separated in early 2024, with Brittany filing for divorce in August. The contentious split was a major plotline in season of The Valley. Last summer, Jax announced he wouldn’t be returning for The Valley Season 3 as he focused on his sobriety and mental health.

During their five-year marriage, Jax’s negative comments about Brittany’s body took a toll on her self-esteem.

“My confidence was at an all-time low. This man degraded me, put me down, body-shamed me constantly,” Brittany said during The Valley Season 2 reunion.

“I mean, I had your son, and then you body-shamed me for stretch marks,” Cartwright said. “…Literally called me a tree trunk because I had stretch marks.”

The Valley Season 3 premieres Wednesday, April 1 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo. Episodes stream the next day on Peacock..
