Brooklyn Beckham’s Ex Says His Famous Parents Caused Her ‘Anxiety’: ‘Lots of Warning Signs’
Brooklyn Beckham Peltz’s ex-girlfriend is taking sides in his bitter family feud.
Hana Cross opens up about relationship with Brooklyn Beckham

British model Hana Cross dated Brooklyn for nine months before they split up in 2019. Looking back on their relationship, she says there were red flags that at the time, she chose to ignore.
“My time with the family caused me a lot of anxiety, in all honesty,” Cross told Hello! (via Page Six). “There were a lot of warning signs and things that happened during the relationship that, in hindsight, should have made me think and maybe end the relationship or walk away from it a lot sooner than I did.”
Cross said she was overwhelmed dating the eldest son of celebrities Victoria and David Beckham.
“I was only 20, 21 when we dated, and I had just started modeling, and I came from living on a farm to moving to London and being thrown into a relationship like that. It’s hard to know what’s best to do in that situation,” she said.
Now 28, Cross added that she’d tried to “move on” from her past relationship. But as Brooklyn’s dispute with his parents has become tabloid fodder, she’s found it difficult.
“With the constant press that comes out, and with my name always being linked back into it, it’s hard not to be mentally drawn back into that part of my life, especially with all this feud stuff coming out,” she said.
Brooklyn Beckham’s ex calls his claims about his family “shocking”
Brooklyn made waves in January when he took to Instagram to share that he was estranged from his famous parents and had no desire to reconcile with them.
He detailed the various triggers that led to the fracture, including pressure from his mom and dad to put the interests of “Brand Beckham” above all else, as well as his mother’s behavior at his 2022 wedding to Nicola Peltz. Brooklyn accused the former Spice Girl of upstaging his bride at the lavish affair and “danc[ing] very inappropriately on me in front of everyone.”
“I’ve never felt more uncomfortable or humiliated in my entire life,” Brooklyn wrote.
Cross told Hello! that she found her ex’s claims about his family “shocking” but believable.
His statement “summed up a lot of my own experiences as well and the way that their family as a brand does act,” she said.
