Bunnie XO has been open with fans about undergoing a facelift in March 2026, as she documented the process and recovery on social media. The Dumb Blonde podcast host said ahead of the procedure that she planned to have the surgery on March 15, warning followers that the early healing stages would likely involve swelling and bruising.

“Send lots of prayers for your girl,” she said. “I’m going to look crazy, guys. I’m going to be so bruised. It’s going to be a little weird. Don’t freak out.”

In the days after the surgery, Bunnie shared candid videos that showed her face wrapped and swollen as she recovered. In an Instagram reel, she showed herself taking a video selfie just before going under. She had marks all over her face from the doctors and was wearing a cap to keep her hair out of the way. Next, she showed herself swollen post-surgery with gauze wrapped around her face.

“I look like Bert Kreischer,” she wrote in text over the video.

Unfortunately, shortly after Bunnie shared the reel, comedian Kreischer posted that his tour bus burned down. He posted a photo of the bus with the caption, “We are all safe but my bus is gone — God works in mysterious ways.”

In response, Bunnie commented on her facelift post. “I was asleep when the Bert bus happened,” she wrote. “Would never make fun of my friend’s sadness. I was meaning bc I’m red and eyes are swollen. S/o to my boy @bertkreischer we love you.”

Many others in Bunnie’s comments wished her a speedy recovery, and they can’t wait to see the results.
