Ne-Yo, the Grammy-winning R&B artist, has publicly embraced a polyamorous lifestyle, revealing his romantic involvement with four women: Cristina, Arielle Hill, Moneii, and Brionna Williams. While the performer was previously married, he and Crystal Renay divorced following allegations that Ne-Yo fathered a child outside of their marriage. Ne-Yo isn’t shy about sharing his relationship style with his fans. He introduced his four girlfriends in a March 2025 Instagram post, referring to the arrangement as his “pyramid.” Ne-Yo assigned each partner a unique nickname: Cristina (“Pretty Baby”), Arielle (“Twin Flame”), Moneii (“Phoenix Feather”), and Brionna (“Sexy Lil’ Somethin'”).

In September 2025, Cardi B spoke to Fat Joe and Jadakiss about her upcoming album, tour, and Ne-Yo’s personal life. The three hip-hop legends talked about how Ne-Yo makes dating four women look “easy,” but Cardi B doubts how simple the process really is.

“I don’t think it’s that easy,” she said. “I don’t care what he says. … He’s making it sound easy, and I know it’s not easy.”

Cardi B noted that having physical intimacy in several relationships at once likely isn’t as glamorous as it sounds, as at least one person in the romance will feel unfulfilled. “That s*** makes you want to argue,” she claimed. “… There has to be turbulence.”

Ne-Yo’s fans are curious about his four current relationships, particularly since he was previously married and in a monogamous relationship.

Cristina, an OnlyFans model, has been in a relationship with Ne-Yo since at least May 2023, according to People. Arielle Hill, a photographer, also joined the relationship around the same time. Moneii, another OnlyFans model and aspiring cosmetics entrepreneur, joined the group in July 2024. Brionna Williams, a dancer and mother, entered the polyamorous relationship in December 2024. The women do not live together but reside nearby and occasionally join Ne-Yo on tours. They have been seen together during public outings, such as a shopping trip to Kim Kardashian’s SKIMS store in West Hollywood.

“I think one of the most important things about this is understanding that these are four individual women that need their individual time,” he said while talking to Real 92.3.

Ne-Yo is a devoted father to seven children, balancing his music career with the responsibilities of raising a large family. He shares Madilyn Grace and Mason Evan with his ex-fiancée, Monyetta Shaw-Carter. He also has Shaffer Chimere Jr., Roman Alexander-Raj, and Isabella Rose with his ex-wife, Crystal Renay. And he has his two youngest children, Braiden and Brixton, with influencer Sade Jenea Bagnerise.

While speaking to Real 92.3, he explained how his four girlfriends help him with his duties as a father.

“Me being as busy as I am, I’m rarely home. And God bless my kids for them being understanding,” he said. “But if you want your [Roblox] and your V-bucks and them Jordans, daddy gotta go to work. And while daddy’s at work, this one’s gonna cook dinner and this one is gonna make breakfast, and this one’s gonna get you ready for school …,” he said, according to Vibe.

Ne-Yo noted that the dynamic doesn’t confuse his kids. “Kids understand what you explain,” he clarified. “If I make it confusing, then it’s confusing. My kids understand that they are loved and that they are cared for, and that is what matters to me.”
