Cardi B’s Upcoming Tour Will Out-Earn Stefon Diggs’ 2026 NFL Paycheck
Cardi B is gearing up for a blockbuster run with her upcoming “Little Miss Drama” tour, set to launch in early 2026 and hit major arenas across North America and Europe. Presale buzz is already driving ticket demand to record-breaking levels. And promoters predict the trek could become one of the most lucrative hip-hop tours of the decade. Additionally, Cardi announced that she’s pregnant with baby No. 4 and her first child with NFL star Stefon Diggs. So, who will earn more money in 2026? Here’s what we suspect.
Cardi B previously said that she was offered a $65 million touring contract before the ‘Little Miss Drama’ tour
Cardi B isn’t hurting for cash. In December 2024, the Bronx-born rapper revealed that she was offered a $65 million touring contract, according to The Independent. The deal, if all went according to the arrangement, would pay her roughly $1 million per show. Additionally, she claimed that half of the total sum would have been paid upfront upon signing the contract.
“I want to let y’all know I could wake up tomorrow, sign a contract, and have half of $65 million, or half of $70 million, in my bank,” she said on X Spaces.
She turned that offer down, however. She wanted to wait until she releases her next album so that the demand, leverage, and thus her tour-offer value would be higher.
Other figures she’s mentioned in recent conversations give additional insight into her earning potential. For example, she’s claimed to earn about $1 to $1.1 million per regular show under such deals, and more for festival appearances.
With this in mind, we expect that Cardi will make even more money from her “Little Miss Drama” tour. Her upcoming album, Am I the Drama?, will likely generate huge buzz in the industry.
While Cardi makes a lot of money, she also has hefty bills to pay. “I spend like about $3 million in a month,” she said.
Stefon Diggs’ 3-year NFL deal will likely earn him up to $69 million
Stefon Diggs is set to cash in big with his new three-year deal with the New England Patriots, reportedly worth up to $69 million. While the total includes incentives, the base value alone is around $63.5 million. This makes him one of the highest-paid wide receivers in the NFL.
Of that total contract, $26 million is fully guaranteed, including his signing bonus and 2025 salary, according to ESPN. For the upcoming season, Diggs is expected to earn roughly $18.5 million if he hits all performance incentives. However, the guaranteed portion is significantly lower. Additional roster bonuses, workout bonuses, and incentives tied to receptions and yards give him the potential to boost his earnings even further.
Looking ahead, Diggs’ 2026 and 2027 seasons are projected to pay him around $20.6 million per year in base salary. While only a portion of that is guaranteed, additional payouts can kick in under certain conditions, such as injury protection or performance milestones. This structure gives the Patriots some security while leaving Diggs with major upsides if he stays healthy and performs at his peak.
Cardi B previously admitted that she makes ‘a lot of money’
Cardi B knows that she earns way more money than the average person.
“I feel like I actually passed almost doing $80 million,” she admitted to Complex’s Speedy Morman in an interview. “I make a lot of money; I make a lot, a lot, a lot, a lot, a lot, a lot of money.” She then noted that she believes her net worth “passed” $80 million.
“But also, I got a lot, a lot of bills,” she continued. “I’m taking care of [family]; I’m helping a lot. I’m not going to say I take care, I’m helping a lot, and I help a lot of my friends and I help a lot of my family, and everything.”
