Chrishell Stause and Ryan Serhant on Arby’s Campaign and What’s Coming Next in Their Careers [Exclusive]
Real estate reality stars Ryan Serhant and Chrishell Stause know what it takes to negotiate a deal. From showcasing high-stakes deals in Netflix’s Owning Manhattan to following the elite agents in Los Angeles on Selling Sunset, Serhant and Stause have a lot in common professionally. And personally, they both love Arby’s. The stars recently wrote to Showbiz Cheat Sheet about taking part in Arby’s new Meat & 3 Box campaign. Here’s what they said about the collaboration — plus, what’s next professionally for Serhant and Stause.
Chrishell Stause and Ryan Serhant go toe-to-toe in the new Arby’s Meat & 3 Box campaign
Arby’s has a new Meat & 3 Box that fans are going to crave. The fast-casual food giant is offering this value box starting on Jan. 6, 2026, and it includes an entrée, appetizer, side, dessert, and a drink for just $7.99. Arby’s lovers first choose a choice of entrée, such as a Classic Roast Beef or Crispy Chicken Sandwich. They then pair their entrée with curly fries, mozzarella sticks, a Peach Cobbler Roll dessert, and a small drink. The value can’t be beat.
Their recent campaign features real estate reality stars Chrishell Stause and Ryan Serhant negotiating the best combos for their Meat & 3 Box. Serhant pushes his order — a Crispy Chicken Sandwich, mozzarella sticks, and a drink for $7.99. Meanwhile, Stause promotes the sandwich, curly fries, and Arby’s new Peach Cobbler Roll to sweeten the deal. The two go back and forth to argue their favorite combos, ultimately settling on the sandwich, three sides, and a drink for the final price.
Serhant and Stause emailed Showbiz Cheat Sheet with exclusive insight into the viral campaign. And they discussed their favorite aspects of the meal.
“My clients are always hunting for the best quality at the best price, whether they’re purchasing a home or a meal,” Serhant wrote. “So, when Arby’s showed me the Meat & 3 Box deal, it immediately caught my eye. It delivers real value without cutting corners. As for my favorite? The mozzarella sticks. They’re crispy, melty, and the real deal, just like finding the perfect home at the right price.”
“I loved the idea of this campaign because it feels like the perfect counteroffer,” Stause added. “You don’t have to choose between a side or a dessert because you get both, plus the entrée and a drink. It’s the kind of choice that just feels good, like selling a home, ringing the bell, and celebrating with my favorite new dessert, the Peach Cobbler Roll.”
Chrishell Stause and Ryan Serhant shared their favorite moments from the Arby’s campaign

In an email to Showbiz Cheat Sheet, Ryan Serhant and Chrishell Stause shared how they typically enjoy fast-casual food like Arby’s. They included fun moments from the campaign.
“We actually make a pretty good team; I even joked with Chrishell that since Arby’s already signed and delivered the tastiest deal in the market, I might be looking for a recast,” Serhant joked.
“Ryan and I are used to high-stakes negotiations, so bringing that energy to our Arby’s shoot made it that much more fun,” Stause continued. “At one point, we were debating the terms of our Meat & 3 Box, and I had to draw the line. My curly fries and cobbler roll are a non-negotiable!”
As for how they enjoy Arby’s, Serhant noted that his busy schedule means he’s looking for high-value, good-quality meals. “Which is why being able to order the Classic Roast Beef through the app is a lifesaver,” he continued. “Plus, having those mozzarella sticks as an appetizer while I’m on a call? That’s how you close a deal.”
“When you’re filming and showing luxury homes all day, you need something convenient that doesn’t feel like a compromise,” Stause noted.
So, who’s the bigger foodie between the two real estate stars? They couldn’t seem to agree.
“Me, for sure,” Serhant claimed. “I kept trying the curly fries just to make sure they were OK. I felt it was my duty.”
“I’ll definitely give myself the foodie title,” Stause countered. “Ryan is impressively disciplined. He has his go-to meals and sticks to what works, while I love trying new things and savoring every bite. So on set, I was the one negotiating for my curly fries and Peach Cobbler Roll, making sure I got the full Meat & 3 experience. Let’s just say I was there to enjoy the deal, not just close it.”
Chrishell Stause says this campaign was ‘way more fun’ than her usual real estate work

Ryan Serhant and Chrishell Stause compared filming their Arby’s Meat & 3 Box campaign to filming for reality TV. Serhant said negotiating for mozzarella sticks for “four hours on set was far more work than selling any penthouse.” As for Stause, she said the campaign was “way more fun” than negotiating real estate.
“The negotiations Ryan and I are used to can get heated — emotions run high, and sometimes people walk away frustrated,” the former Selling Sunset star continued. “This time, everyone walked off smiling, well-fed, and totally satisfied. I’ll take that kind of deal every day.”
As for what the future holds, Stause added that she and Serhant had an “easy dynamic” while shooting the commercial. And she’s definitely open to working with him again in the future.
What’s next for the real estate stars?

Serhant noted that he anticipates his brokerage firm, Serhant Real Estate, growing a lot in 2026. “This is a big growth year for @serhant, and I’m excited to see where we end up!” he wrote to Showbiz Cheat Sheet.
As for Stause, she’s willing to explore future creative opportunities and step back into what she loves.
“I just wrapped up a really big chapter in my career, and now I’m excited to see what’s next,” she continued. “I have more time now to explore creative opportunities that feel fun and fulfilling, and to lean back into things I’ve always loved, like scripted TV and hosting.”
