In her September 28 update, Christina candidly admitted that her life has been “at times, a total circus” in recent years. In early 2024, she realized she needed to make a change and “get off the roller coaster.”

But realizing there was a problem was just the first step, she said.

“Since then I’ve gone through many battles with myself and my ego,” the Christina on the Coast star said. “Biggest battle has been Embarrassment. Embarrassment over allowing myself to be treated certain ways and having 3 failed marriages -Trust me that one hurts and still at times makes me cringe.”

Christina split from her first husband, Tarek El Moussa, in 2016. They finalized their divorce in 2018. From 2018 to 2021, she was married Ant Anstead. In October 2021, she wed Josh Hall. He filed for divorce in July 2024, and the split was finalized in August 2025.

With a trio of marriages behind her, Christina realized that she needed to focus on herself for a change.

“I’ve had to forgive myself and trust that things happen for a reason. I had to finally look myself in the mirror, do the work (with my amazing life coach) and ultimately decide to take ownership over my choices and most importantly- to forgive myself,” she shared. “I am still a work in progress but I can say that one thing has changed, I don’t have anxiety. And this came from self awareness within (not from smoking a toad or trying a quick fix).”

‘The Flip Off’ star is ‘happy, motivated, and excited about life’

Despite a series of setback, the Flip or Flop star says she is embracing a positive attitude.

“I’ve had the wind knocked out of me so many times I’m shocked I’m still happy, motivated, and excited about life,” she said. “But I am. I’ll credit this to wanting to change, putting in the work to better understand myself, and only surrounding myself with people who are also happy, motivated and genuinely want me to succeed.”

Christina said her three children helped keep her grounded. (She and Tarek share a daughter, Taylor, 15, and a son, Brayden, 10. Christina also has a son, Hudson, 6, with Ant.)

“I’ve been tested, humbled, and reminded of what truly matters: my kids (especially communication and them ultimately learning from my mistakes), my inner circle, and NEVER giving up on my dreams!” she said.

The reality TV star also had a message to her followers who might be struggling with whatever life has thrown at them.

“If you’re in the tornado, don’t give up,” Christina wrote. “I promise if you decide to make a change and stick with it, life can truly be peaceful, FUN, and free.”
