Corey Gamble Joins Jay-Z’s Entourage Leaving Fans Confused and With Plenty of Questions
Jay-Z and Beyoncé made a rare public appearance together recently at OMNIA Nightclub inside Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. Fans were loving the behind-the-scenes look captured on video of the couple enjoying their evening in Sin City. The outing included Beyoncé dancing in the VIP section and the rapper hanging out in the casino with an entourage as he celebrated the 20th anniversary of his champagne brand, Armand de Brignac (Ace of Spades).
In the video clips shared on social media, fans began pointing out that Kris Jenner’s boyfriend, Corey Gamble, was one of the people following Jay in his entourage. Now many are wondering what the heck he was doing there and how he even knows the hip-hop star.
In one clip, Gamble is briefly spotted in the VIP section with the pair and later can clearly be seen walking behind the “99 Problems” artist as they make their way through the casino.
“Please assist me, is that Kim’s mom boyfriend with Jay Z?” one person asked.
“Um isn’t that Kris Jenner boyfriend?” a second chimed in.
“What is Kris Jenner man doing with Jay? What is going on?” a third fan wrote with a laughing-till-crying emoji.
“Corey is a handler in Hollywood. Idc what no one say,” another added, while a fifth joked, “Cory is CIA.”
Gamble’s presence at the celebration raised questions about how he became connected to the billionaire music couple, particularly because he is often referred to as Kris Jenner’s partner rather than a celebrity in his own right.
Well, Gamble actually goes back years with Bey and Jay as he was in the music business before he even met Jenner.
Before becoming a familiar face on the Kardashian family’s reality television shows, Gamble worked as a talent manager in the music industry. He was associated with executive Scooter Braun and worked as a tour manager for Justin Bieber. That position placed him around major recording artists, executives, and influential figures in the entertainment industry.
Beyoncé and Jay-Z also moved within the same celebrity and fashion circles as the Kardashian family. And when Kanye West was married to Jenner’s daughter, Kim, West was in Jay-Z’s social circle as the two collaborated on music with their joint album Watch the Throne in 2011.
Moreover, Gamble and the “Big Pimpin'” rapper have been spotted together on multiple occasions, including sporting events when they were seen sitting courtside at Los Angeles Lakers games. Jenner’s partner has also reportedly traveled on Jay-Z and Bey’s private plane.
Gamble wasn’t the only high-profile name who came out to celebrate Jay in Las Vegas. DJ Khaled, Fat Joe, Yo Gotti, Moneybagg Yo, Remy Ma, Memphis Bleek, Rich Paul, Floyd Mayweather, and former NBA stars Chris Paul and Russell Westbrook were also in attendance.
