Diddy’s Ex-Bodyguard Draws Comparison to Diddy’s Trial and Tory Lanez’s Case
Hip-hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs’ federal trial continues after Casandra “Cassie” Ventura’s harrowing testimony. Combs’ ex-bodyguard, Big Homie CC, spoke out regarding what he knows to be true about Combs’ character. While many of the mogul’s staff members haven’t spoken to the media, Big Homie CC isn’t afraid to speak out. Here’s the comparison the bodyguard drew regarding Combs’ case and Tory Lanez’s case.
Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ ex-bodyguard drew a comparison between Combs’ trial and Tory Lanez’s case
Big Homie CC gained prominence for his role in protecting some of the entertainment industry’s most high-profile figures, including Sean “Diddy” Combs. Known for his imposing presence and unwavering loyalty, CC’s firsthand experiences offer a rare glimpse into the clandestine world of celebrity security. In recent interviews, he has shared unsettling accounts of the darker side of Hollywood. He’s detailed secretive gatherings and alleged misconduct within Combs’ inner circle.
CC explained to Piers Morgan that he notices a pattern in federal court cases involving big names. And it involves potential witnesses.
“Whenever these trials come about, the closer you get to the trial date, a lot of things start happening to remove people from the case that are going to strengthen the case for the prosecution,” CC explained on Piers Morgan Uncensored. “I feel like we’re watching that take place now.” CC noted that one of the sex workers who provided tapes to federal agents has now disappeared.
“This is similar to what happened in the Tory Lanez case,” CC continued, “where the bodyguard whose DNA was on the weapon, he disappeared. So, I expect to see a lot of strange things take place.”
What happened to Megan Thee Stallion’s former bodyguard?
The courtroom drama surrounding Tory Lanez and the 2020 shooting of Megan Thee Stallion took a bizarre turn when a key witness — Megan’s former bodyguard, Justin Edison — mysteriously vanished just days before he was set to testify. Edison was expected to deliver critical testimony alleging that Lanez admitted to the shooting. And he became the center of concern after he failed to show up for court on Dec. 16, 2022. Megan’s legal team publicly confirmed his disappearance. This prompted an investigation by the Los Angeles Police Department.
As rumors swirled, a surprising twist emerged. Edison hadn’t been kidnapped or silenced — he was working. Reports later revealed that the celebrity bodyguard had traveled to Qatar to work as personal security for a VIP client during the FIFA World Cup. Sources close to Edison claimed he didn’t know of the court date conflict and didn’t intend to evade authorities. Edison eventually resurfaced and voluntarily came forward, according to ABC7.
Victim 3 went missing in Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ case
A witness dubbed “Victim 3” in Sean “Diddy” Combs’ trial went missing ahead of the trial start date. The prosecution admitted that they couldn’t contact the witness or her lawyer, according to the New York Post.
“We do not know whether she intends to appear, and we are trying very hard to find out because we are having trouble communicating with her counsel,” prosecutor Maurene Comey said. Comey added that the witness didn’t live locally to New York and “may not show up, even if we try to enforce the subpoena and want to call her.”
At this time, it’s unclear whether Victim 3 will resurface or if the trial will continue without her.
