As hip-hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs faces serious federal charges, including sex trafficking and racketeering, he has listed his sprawling Holmby Hills mansion for $61.5 million. The 17,000-square-foot estate was in the media after federal agents raided it in March. Despite the property’s opulence, its association with Combs’ legal troubles has dampened buyer interest. Here’s what to know about the property and what real estate agents have to say about it.

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ Beverly Hills mansion includes incredible amenities

Sean “Diddy” Combs has listed his sprawling Beverly Hills estate for $61.5 million, marking a significant shift in his real estate portfolio. The 17,000-square-foot mansion, located in the exclusive Holmby Hills neighborhood, boasts 10 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, and a host of luxurious amenities. In March 2024, federal agents raided Sean “Diddy” Combs’ Holmby Hills mansion as part of an investigation into serious allegations. During the operation, authorities seized over 1,000 bottles of baby oil, a hard drive, and dismantled electronics, suggesting a focus on gathering digital evidence related to the case.

Purchased by Combs in 2014 for $39 million, the property listing explains the incredible amenities of the home. The mansion sits on 1.3 level acres of land, according to the listing from Westside Estate Agency. It also includes a cobblestone driveway, a paneled entry foyer, and a well-lit staircase thanks to the natural lighting.

Combs’ mansion boasts a large living room, a formal dining room, a wine cellar, a family room, an office, and two kitchens — one with separate catering capabilities. The theater in the home can accommodate 35 people. The primary suite upstairs has dual bathrooms, large closets, and a large hallway that leads to the other guest suites. Of course, the property includes a two-story guest house for Combs’ visitors. It contains a recording studio, guest bedrooms, and a large gym.

Outside of the house, the property includes a swimming pool complete with a waterfall and grotto, a spa house, a basketball court, and a covered outdoor corridor with a BBQ and pizza oven setup.

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ Case Not a ‘Slam Dunk’ for the Prosecution

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ house listing isn’t new. The hip-hop mogul listed the home before his arrest in September 2024. However, he’ll likely have trouble selling it moving forward due to his ongoing trial and poor reputation.

DailyMail.com tried to speak to Kurt Rappaport, the listing agent for Combs’ mansion, about the house. Rappaport said he had “no comment.”

“Unfortunately, I have no comment,” he told the publication. “Nothing.”

Another real estate agent explained to the publication why no real estate agent wants to discuss the situation with the mansion.

“I wish I could help, but no agents want to touch that house or be in any stories related to the case or the listing,” the agent said.

The mogul’s reputation makes potential buyers steer clear

Michael Tachovsky, a partner at Landmark Research Group, explained to Business Insider why Sean “Diddy” Combs will likely have trouble selling his home moving forward.

“When they buy a home at that price point, they like to brag about it,” Tachovsky said. “P. Diddy’s reputation, at the current time, really isn’t a positive bragging point for a potential buyer. It can play into perceptions, and when there’s a negative perception with a property, it just makes it harder to sell.”

“When you’ve got notorious issues, like the Diddy case, that’s not a no-name person,” he continued. “That can linger for some time.”
