Is Donna Kelce ready for the game of her life?

The NFL’s most famous football mom has signed on for the newest season of The Traitors, which kicks off Thursday night on Peacock. She’ll be joining Lisa Rinna, Colton Underwood, Tara Lipinski, and others as they fight to take home a prize worth up to $250,000.

While it remains to be seen if Mama Kelce has what it takes to succeed in the famously cutthroat competition series, she’s already hinted that she wouldn’t hesitate to take out certain rivals. In a clip from the January 8 premiere, the mom of Jason and Travis Kelce opens up about who she doesn’t want to see in the castle.

“Maybe some of my sons’ adversaries,” she says. “The could either be on other teams. Or it could be coaches, or it could be past girlfriends.”

Kelce didn’t name any names when it came to people she wouldn’t want to see on The Traitors Season 4. But her comment came off as a not-so-subtle dig at Travis Kelce’s ex-girlfriend Kayla Nicole.

Nicole dated the Kansas City Chiefs tight end for several years before his high-profile romance with Taylor Swift. On her latest album, The Life of a Showgirl, Swift appears to make a reference to her future husband’s YouTuber ex.

“You couldn’t understand it, why you felt alone / You were in it for real, she was in her phone / And you were just a pose,” she sings on “Opalite.” Many fans have interpreted those lines as aimed at Nicole.

Meanwhile, when Nicole recreated Toni Braxton’s look from her “He Wasn’t Man Enough” video for her Halloween costume, many took it as a slight against Kelce.

Alan Cumming says contestants on ‘The Traitors’ were worried about the Swifties

Swift definitely seems to have earned the approval of her future mother-in-law. And her famously intense fans are protective of Donna. The Traitors host Alan Cumming said some of the other players feared their wrath if they targeted the “sweet” Donna during the game.

“The contestants, the players, talk about it quite a lot,” Cumming said during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live on January 7. “[They were like] ‘I’m a bit worried about the Swifties. What they’ll do if we…'”

“That’s quite fun,” he said. “It’s added another layer of menace.”

The Traitors Season 4 premieres Thursday, January 8 at 6 p.m. PT / 9 p.m. ET on Peacock. New episodes drop weekly through February 26.
