Hallmark Channel’s October 2025 Schedule Includes a New Halloween Movie With Lacey Chabert
Don’t forget spooky season! Hallmark Channel may already be gearing up for this year’s Countdown to Christmas, but the network hasn’t overlooked fall entirely. The network’s October 2025 movie lineup includes several brand new movies, including football-themed romance and a Halloween-focused sequel to Lacey Chabert’s Haul Out the Holly.
‘Home Turf’
Cassidy (Nikki DeLoach) is the president of a small college. Her life is upended when the freshman players on the school’s football team move into her home. It’s up to handsome coach Logan (Warren Christie) to smooth things over.
Home Turf premieres Saturday, October 4 at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
‘The Jane Mysteries: Too Much to Lose’
Full House alum Jodie Sweetin is back in another installment of The Jane Mysteries. Already streaming on Hallmark+, The Jane Mysteries: Too Much to Lose sees Jane Da Silva investigating the disappearance of a journalist who vanished after winning a game show. She partners with Detective John Cameron (Stephen Huszar) to unravel the mystery, uncovering a dangerous world of blackmail and fraud.
The Jane Mysteries: Too Much to Lose premieres Sunday, October 5 at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
‘Haul Out the Halloween’
Get ready for more holiday madness on Evergreen Lane in the third movie in Hallmark’s Haul Out the Holly series. Lacey Chabert is back as Emily, who is challenged to create the spookiest display possible when new Halloween-obsessed neighbors move onto the street. Wes Brown, Stephen Tobolowsky, Melissa Peterman, and Ellen Travolta also star.
Haul Out the Halloween premieres Saturday, October 11 at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
‘Haunted Harmony Mysteries: Buried at C’
Gethsemane (Tamera Mowry-Housley) is back along with her ghost friend Eamon to solve the unexplained death of a sea captain in this new mystery. Also stars Risteard Cooper and Marco Grazzini.

Countdown to Christmas begin October 17
October is also the kick-off month for Hallmark’s 2025 Countdown to Christmas event.
The celebration begins with the Hallmark Channel debut of the holiday-themed mystery series Mistletoe Murders on Friday, October 17. (Episodes air through November 21).
New Christmas movies and shows airing this month include:
- October 18: A Royal Montana Christmas with Fiona Gubelmann and Warren Christie
- October 19: A Christmas Angel Match with Meghan Ory and Benjamin Ayres
- October 25: Merry Christmas, Ted Cooper! with Robert Buckley and Kimberley Sustad
- October 27 at 8 p.m. ET/PT: Finding Mr. Christmas Season 2, hosted by Jonathan Bennet. (New episodes air Mondays through December 15.)
- October 27 at 9 p.m. ET/PT: Baked With Love: Holiday hosted by Tamera Mowry-Housley.
