He started his real estate purchases with a charming stucco house he purchased in 2012. Then, he added a grand Georgian residence and a historic 18th-century villa. This sparked speculation that he’s crafting a private London compound. More recently, reports confirm he has acquired a fourth property on the same Hampstead street, further fueling hype around his vision of a secluded, bespoke estate.

A source told The Sun that Styles is giving Ed Sheeran “a run for his money with his North London estate.”

“He has three houses on one road in Hampstead, and now he has quietly bought another,” the source alleged. “Two of the homes are being converted into one mega mansion, while the third sits a way away from them and is a bit of an investment property.” The insider noted that this fourth property “could be part of the mega-mansion estate and will be connected to the two houses, which are being knocked through, by a drive and a massive garden.” Ultimately, Styles is putting a ton of “work” into this “dream home.”

The 1800s-built property sits on over two acres and features hand-hewn beams, a cathedral-like great room with a stone fireplace, double-height ceilings, a gourmet kitchen, and a master suite with a copper soaking tub and mezzanine gallery.

Zoë Kravitz recently opened up on NBC’s Late Night with Seth Meyers about when she first moved to New York City in the early 2000s. She admitted that the city is much different now than it was back then.

“I lived all over — I lived on 51st and 1st; I lived on 51st and 8th,” she explained. “My first apartment I ever lived in was near Washington Square Park.”

Seth Meyers asked Kravitz how she found her apartments as a teenager. Kravitz admitted that she exclusively used Craigslist.

“I mean, I’m still alive, which is super dope,” she said, joking about the possible dangers of using Craigslist. “I was, like, 18 years old and didn’t know how else to find apartments. … Yeah, it’s so cool that I’m still here.”
