Hulk Hogan left behind an estate worth at least $5 million, according to court documents filed by his son, Nick Hogan. But his daughter, Brooke Hogan, won’t receive any of those assets because she was not named in her dad’s will.

Brooke Hogan Wasn’t Invited to Her Dad Hulk Hogan’s WWE Tribute

On September 9, Nick Hogan asked to be named co-personal representative of his dad’s estate, along with a man named Terry McCoy, according to Us Weekly

Nick says that his father – who died July 24 at age 71 – executed a will in 2016, which he amended several times before his death. The will lists Nick, 35, as the estate’s sole beneficiary and his third wife, Sky Daily, as his surviving spouse.

Nick’s sister, Brooke Hogan, is specifically excluded from the estate. That’s not a surprise, She’s previously said that she requested to be removed from the WWE star’s will in 2023 because she anticipated there would be major family drama after his death.

“I just said, take me off everything, I don’t want to be a part of it,” she said during an August 5 appearance on a podcast hosted by her father’s former friend Bubba the Love Sponge (via People).

Brooke, who was estranged from her dad when he died, said she was “scared” of conflict involving her mom, Linda Hogan, and Daily, who she claims has ties to the Church of Scientology.

“Then I thought if I get left any money or Nick gets left any money then, no offense, my mom has been known to find herself in the mix with things like that,” Brooke said. “And I’m like, I don’t want to fight Linda, I don’t want to fight Scientology… It scared me. And I just said, I want out.”

Hulk Hogan’s estate includes $200K in cryptocurrency

According to Nick, his dad’s estate consists of $200,000 in cryptocurrency, $799,000 in personal property, and $4 million in intellectual property. It also includes an unknown amount of money that might come from a potential medical malpractice suit that Daily has said she intends to file.

While the will places the value of Hogan’s estate at $5 million, that number doesn’t include all his assets. He also owned two homes in Clearwater Beach, Florida, which are worth about $11 million. The real estate assets might have been owned by a trust or LLC, notes Us Weekly.

Earlier in September, Nick, acting as representative for his father’s estate, sued Bubba the Love Sponge over a documentary about Hogan’s life. Bubba has said he plans to release a doc about Hogan’s infamous sex tape scandal, which showed Hogan with Bubba’s then-wife, Heather Clem. The leaked tape was published on Gawker.com, leading to a lawsuit that ultimately bankrupted the news and gossip site. Nick says the new documentary violates Hulk’s copyright and trademark rights.
