Inside the $150,000 Per Month Luxury Rehab Clinic Where Kanye West Is Getting Treatment
Kanye West has spent the past month hiding out at a luxury rehab center in Spain where clients relax in their own private villa and enjoy meals created by a private chef.

The rapper has been receiving treatments at The Balance Rehab Clinic in Mallorca, which offers bespoke services to celebrities and other affluent individuals in a spa-like environment. A four-week stay at the facility can cost as much as $150,000.
After stirring up controversy earlier this year with his anti-semitic tirades on X, West retreated to the Mediterranean island of Mallorca, where he and his wife Bianca Censori have been spotted shopping, dining, and even taking over an open-air art museum.
During his time on the sun-kissed island, West is reportedly staying at The Balance, which advertises itself as “the world’s most exclusive treatment center” and “a safe haven where you can find recovery, peace, rest, and happiness.” The team at the center treats a variety of mental health conditions, including eating disorders, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and PTSD, in a soothing and peaceful environment.
Ye – who has previously spoken about his bipolar disorder diagnosis – sang the praises of The Balance in a testimonial on the center’s website.
“Something feels different here at the balance,” West says, comparing his current experience to other rehab and wellness facilities he’s visited, including those run by Tony Robbins and Deepak Chopra. “I know I’m gonna sound like a salesman or something, but it’s the way God wanted to be.”
A stay at The Balance costs nearly $150,000
The Grammy winner added that Censori began searching for rehab facilities after West’s latest public meltdown. (In his recent song, “BIANCA,” West mentions that his wife wanted him to get help following his inflammatory tweets.) Her search led her to Mallorca.
“[Bianca] searched the whole world and found out that the Balance was the best,” West says.
“We’re honoured that YE and his wife Bianca chose to come here and felt the care, dedication, and presence our team brings to every person we support,” The Balance shared in an Instagram post.
The Balance’s four- to eight-week residential treatment program in Mallorca is designed to let patients retreat from the world and focus on their healing. The “Signature” program includes services such as door-to-door pickups and private jet transfers in Europe, personal security, leisure activities, boat trips, and the services of a personal manager. Clients stay in a private villa and eat meals crafted by a personal chef. Treatment includes a custom vitamin and supplement regimen, full physical checkup, and psychiatry and psychotherapy sessions, including couple and family visits. A private spa offers yoga, acupuncture, reflexology, and other treatments. After leaving the facility, clients continue to receive aftercare in the form of a live-in coach and on-call therapist.
The total cost for all those services (and more) is $149,400, according to The Balance’s website. Less expensive treatment programs with more limited services range from $27,000 to $114,800.
