Did you ever want to own a part of boxing history? Well, now you can because the late George Foreman‘s estate near Houston is on the market.

The longtime residence where the former heavyweight champion and entrepreneur spent the final years of his life and filmed the commercials for his famous George Foreman Grill can be yours if you have an extra $6 million lying around.

Foreman and his wife, Mary Joan Martelly, had the sprawling abode custom-built in 2001 to accommodate their growing family. The estate is located in Huffman, Texas, northeast of Houston. The Mediterranean-style mansion features nearly 12,000 square feet of living space with six bedrooms and nine bathrooms.

As Realtor.com noted, one of the most distinctive features of the house is that there are two kitchens, including one where the boxer used to film segments for his Foreman Grill, the cooking appliance that made him a household name. The product introduced him to generations of consumers who may have known him as much for his commercials as for his achievements in the ring.

That kitchen is located in the section of the home dedicated to Foreman’s personal quarters. It includes a central island bearing his initials, “G.F.,” a personalized detail that connects the property to his successful career as a businessman and television pitchman.

His home also has a library, a gym, two private offices, a studio space where he worked on sermons after becoming a minister, as well as three fireplaces, soaring ceilings, imported marble, and wood flooring. And that’s just the inside. Outside you’ll find a fishing pond, a basketball court, a tennis court, and lush greenery with trees for plenty of privacy.

The property’s other major attraction is its approximately 11,000-square-foot, climate-controlled garage, designed to accommodate more than 50 vehicles. Yes, you read that correctly.

Foreman was an avid car enthusiast and had the very impressive garage built to house the more than 40 vehicles in his collection. The garage’s substantial size makes it one of the property’s standout amenities. According to the listing, the space could potentially be repurposed depending on a future owner’s needs.

Also located on the estate is a small building that Martelly used as a personal hair salon. And an air-conditioned kennel alongside a large yard where Foreman kept his dogs.

Foreman died on March 21, 2025, at a hospital in Houston. He was 76.
