The residence sits tucked back from the road and offers plenty of space for the couple and their growing family. The couple welcomed their fourth daughter in March 2025.

Over time, the Kelces expanded the property by purchasing neighboring parcels of land, according to Realtor.com. This turned the residence into a roughly 10-acre estate. Jason bought an adjoining eight-acre lot in 2020 for nearly $4 million and added a third nearby property in 2023 for about $1.35 million. This created a large compound with alleged plans to eventually build a “luxury mansion” at the center of the land.

The publication also notes that Jason hoped to construct another separate home. He appeared before the local zoning board in Haverford Township, asking to make updates to his land. This included the construction of a new home and a fence for improved “security.” Jason made his plea by stating that he and his family loved the area and hoped to stay there. And any changes and improved security measures would stick with the “aesthetic of the area.”

The estate has become both a private retreat and a working space. Jason has even filmed parts of his popular New Heights podcast from the home’s finished basement. Despite the property’s size and value, which is estimated at around $6 million today, the couple has said their focus has been on making the home feel comfortable and family-oriented for their kids.

What sets the Kelces’ interior apart from a typical celebrity house is its focus on family life. The couple collaborated with Pottery Barn Kids to revamp a dedicated children’s playroom. They installed durable, stylish furnishings, toy storage, and creative spaces that reflect their priorities as parents. Kylie has emphasized that this space was designed to be “cozy and comfortable,” with playful elements, such as an art easel and kid‑friendly furniture, that make the room functional and inviting for their daughters, according to Domino.

“The process was so seamless,” Jason said. “They knew exactly what we needed and pulled it off expertly.” He then noted how much more organized his wife is compared to himself.

“Kylie is way more organized than me and I just listen to whatever Kylie says to do,” he said.

Kylie doesn’t think she’s much better than her husband, as she suggested she’s only more organized by a “very slim margin.”
