After playing college basketball at the University of Tulsa and the University of Missouri, Jordan Clarkson declared for the 2014 NBA Draft. The Washington Wizards selected him with the 46th overall pick in the second round before trading him to the Los Angeles Lakers.

Clarkson made an impression in Los Angeles, earning a place on the NBA All-Rookie First Team in 2015. After three seasons, he was traded to the Cleveland Cavaliers before being traded to the Utah Jazz the following year. On June 30, 2025, Clarkson reached a buyout agreement with the Jazz and was signed by the New York Knicks. He won a championship with that team in the 2025-26 season.

Clarkson has earned approximately $195 million in NBA salary over the course of his career and purchased a few homes in California and Texas. In 2023, he bought an estate in San Antonio, the city where he spent most of his childhood and teenage years. Now though, the Knicks guard has put his Alamo City mansion on the market, and it can be yours if you have $7.5 million lying around. So what do you get for that price?

The property is a massive 10,106 square feet with three stories and boasts five bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms.

According to the listing, it’s “located in The Dominion, one of San Antonio’s most prestigious gated communities, and is situated on 1.12 acres. It’s designed for both grand entertaining and everyday living. The home features a private theater room with stadium seating, an elevator, wine lounge, and a seamless indoor-outdoor flow.”

And that’s just the inside. Outside, you’ll find “a private resort-style retreat complete with a pool, jacuzzi, basketball court, and an Italian wood-burning pizza oven. The detached casita provides ideal accommodations for guests, and features a full bar, while the lower level includes a gym with a full bath, creating a versatile wellness space. A spacious four-car garage with additional storage space. This is luxury living at its finest!”

Clarkson originally bought the property through an affiliated company. There’s no indication the sale has anything to do with his future with the Knicks

He previously talked about winning an NBA title by defeating his favorite team growing up and recalled what it was like in the city when the Spurs were winning championships.

“My stepmom worked at The Westin, so I would see the parades through the hotel, balconies and stuff … Being able to take pictures and run up on players for autographs, I was definitely that kid,” Clarkson shared. “And to see the energy and how alive the city became when the Spurs were in the finals and winning championships, it’s a great experience.”
