And rumors were heating up that Bloom might have an interest in Kim Kardashian, who’s been single for quite awhile. So, what does Perry think of the rumors? Rumors swirling around Orlando Bloom and Kim Kardashian reached a fever pitch in June 2025 after the actor was spotted engaging in warm, seemingly flirtatious exchanges with Kardashian at Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez’s lavish wedding in Venice. Bloom, attending solo following reports of his separation from Katy Perry, greeted Kardashian with air kisses.
Body language expert Darren Stanton told OK! Magazine that Bloom appeared “almost flirty” with Kardashian in Venice.
“When he was photographed with Kim Kardashian, he had his hands on his hips, which is a very dominant, almost flirty gesture,” Stanton noted. “It shows he certainly isn’t feeling sorry for himself, or there’s a lack of confidence. Facially, there were plenty of genuine smiles, with crow’s feet and laugh lines.”
Despite Kardashian and Bloom’s exchange, Perry doesn’t seem to harbor any ill will toward Kardashian. On July 23, 2025, Kardashian posted a series of snapshots of her wearing a Thierry Mugler black corseted outfit, complete with a black fur coat. The Instagram series earned a lot of attention. And Perry herself commented on the photo.
“TEN OUTTA TEN,” Perry wrote.
In addition to Perry, Sánchez also offered encouraging words about the stunning outfit. “This is just amazing,” she commented with a black heart emoji.
Orlando Bloom might’ve just given more insight into his split from Katy Perry
Orlando Bloom and Katy Perry ended their engagement on civil terms, as they’ve been seen together since their announcement. That said, Bloom might’ve just given more insight into the dynamics in their relationship. Bloom spoke on The Oprah Podcast about using the Hoffman Method, a week-long residential and growth retreat, to help with unhealthy behaviors he developed while dating Perry.
“I went to the Hoffman process about 10 years ago because I’d been triggered in a dynamic with my partner that had led me into a pattern of behavior that was very similar to the way in which I had grown up with my mother,” he said on the podcast. Bloom added that he felt “confused about how to navigate” his feelings until a fellow actor suggested the Hoffman Method.
“I was just about to turn 40, and it was really the greatest gift I could give myself, and the greatest reveal in my life up until that point,” he continued. “I felt like I’d almost been born again. It felt like I did 10 years of therapy in one week.”

“She’s putting on a brave face, but deep down it’s bothering her,” an insider told RadarOnline. “Getting overlooked for someone so close to home has really shaken her — rejection isn’t something she handles well.”
The source added that Kardashian feels like this is a “massive blow to her self-esteem.”
“Kim wasn’t exactly subtle about liking Tom,” the source alleged. “They’ve had flirty moments and plenty of run-ins, so she thought something might eventually happen. Seeing him go for Sofia instead — someone in their shared circle — definitely stung.”
