Kendall Jenner has spent much of her adult life under a microscope, and with that visibility has come near-constant speculation about plastic surgery. Since her early Keeping Up With the Kardashians years, fans and tabloids have dissected everything from the apparent refinement of her nose to the changing fullness of her lips, her jawline, and even the shape of her eyes. Kendall recently took to a podcast to dispel plastic surgery rumors. As for her changing nose shape, she noted that one medication may have been the cause.

The Kardashian-Jenner family can’t escape plastic surgery rumors, and Kendall Jenner is no different. In 2025, Kendall’s sister, Kylie Jenner, came forward on social media to discuss her breast augmentation. As for Kendall, she went on In Your Dreams With Owen Thiele to state that she’s never gone under the knife.

“There’s a whole world on the internet that thinks I’ve had full facial reconstruction and whatever,” Kendall said. “I’m not here to convince anyone, but I’m just here to tell you the truth, which is that I’ve never had any plastic surgery on my face, nothing.”

Kendall noted that she’s had “baby Botox,” which she didn’t love and is unlikely to go back to. She’s also had other cosmetic skin treatments, like platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and microneedling. Kendall noted that she loves rejuvenating skincare treatments, particularly to treat her lingering acne scars.

While speaking on the podcast, Kendall admitted that her nose does appear smaller now. “As I got older, I grew into my nose,” she said. “My nose, it did look wider, and it did feel bigger on my face when I was younger.”

She then explained how she’s been on Accutane to treat persistent acne, and she believes that the treatment may have affected her nose. “There’s a theory on TikTok that Accutane shrinks your nose,” she continued. “And you guys, I swear to God, it’s true. … I have no proof that it’s true except for the fact that when I saw this theory, I was like, ‘Oh my God, my nose got smaller!'”
